Fat Transfer - Great Result

Dr. Brichacek and his team were wonderful. I am so glad I decided to go ahead with the fat transfer. It really made a big difference. My face looks full and healthy. The bruising was significant and last longer than I thought it would. It was absolutely worth it. Dr. Brichacek is very patient and answered all my questions. I am just thrilled with how everything turned out. I got the fat transfer to fill out my face after a facelift.

Amazing Experience and Outcome!

This was my second procedure with Dr. Birchacek. He and his team at First Glance do not disappoint. Dr. Birchacek is a very easy going, experienced, highly skilled surgeon. During my consultation he left me with no doubt the results and the experience would meet my expectations. I wanted to look like me but fresh and rested. The recovery journey was exactly as he described – swelling and bruising that subsides over a couple of weeks if you take care to follow post-operative instructions.

Excellent Experience

Excellent. Dr. Brichacek and his team at First Glance were fantastic. Great at explaining both procedures- the Brow Lift (Nov 11/25) that was done first and the second Blepharoplasty (Upper Eylid done Jan 31/26) They were very friendly. Would highly recommend them.

Dr. B performed extensive upper blepheroplasty with great results. Extensive family history of ptosis, my eyes were slits. Slight discomfort following surgery, no pain. Used LiftLid goggles to minimize swelling and bruising - highly recommend. Very satisfied with results. Forgot how bright the sun is and need to wear sunglasses, my hooded eyelids are gone! So Happy with my Results

My experience with Dr. Brichacek has been exceptional from start to finish. He performed my rhinoplasty/septoplasty to fix my breathing issues and fine-tune the look of my nose.
