I had a truly great experience with Doctor Brichacek, Tracey, and his team, and I felt compelled to write this review, especially as a Black woman in Winnipeg. Choosing a surgeon here can feel overwhelming because it’s such a small city, and as a woman of colour, there’s an extra layer of caution and consideration when making such an important decision. From the very beginning, I felt supported, listened to, and respected throughout my entire journey. During my consultation, He was very honest and realistic with me. He initially mentioned that he might only be able to reduce my breast size by around 40–50%, depending on what he found during surgery. That honestly scared me a bit at first. However, I made sure to clearly re-express my expectations — that I wanted to go as small as safely possible while still maintaining a feminine shape. He took that seriously, agreed with my goals, and ultimately exceeded my expectations. The surgery itself went smoothly, and the entire team made me feel comfortable and cared for. Post-op care was just as great. Tracy, the nurse, has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind whenever I had questions or concerns. I never felt dismissed, rushed, or ignored at any point. One thing that really stood out to me as a Black woman is how well my scars have healed. Scar appearance was something I was very concerned about, and I’m honestly amazed at how minimal and barely visible they are. He did an excellent job minimizing scarring, and the results look amazing. This surgery has been truly life-changing for me. I was very young to be carrying such a large breast size, and it affected me physically and mentally more than I realized at the time. While I was nervous going into it, I would encourage anyone considering this surgery not to be afraid — just be informed, ask questions, and be clear about your expectations. This team is very supportive and makes the entire process feel safe. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience or my results. If I were speaking to any other woman of colour, especially a Black woman who may have concerns about scarring or being understood, I would absolutely recommend checking this surgeon out. I felt seen, heard, and well taken care of from start to finish.

I couldn’t be happier with my tummy tuck results! My surgeon was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process. From the first consultation, I felt well-informed and at ease—the scheduling was quick and seamless, and every step was explained clearly. Not only did the procedure go smoothly, but it has truly given me my confidence back. I’m so grateful for the care and expertise I received and would highly recommend this practice to anyone considering a tummy tuck or other cosmetic procedure.

My experience with Dr. Brichacek has been exceptional from start to finish. He performed my rhinoplasty/septoplasty to fix my breathing issues and fine-tune the look of my nose. He answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. The surgery went great and my nose is healing beautifully. I’m so happy with the results.

Best plastic surgeon! I lost 90 lbs through diet and exercise and had skin removal surgery done. He answered every question I had, gave me alot of information and was there every step of the way. After surgery, he called me to make sure I was feeling okay and and made sure I was healing properly. I had developed an rare infection, that wasnt his fault but he made sure I was cared for properly and was on top of everything! His bedside manner is impeccable. I recommend him to EVERYONE. He did an amazing job, Everyone makes comments on how well I've healed, how my scars look amazing and how cute my new belly button is now hah! I've never felt this confident in my body before and I'm thankful that he did my surgery! Thanks Doctor Brichacek!

Dr. Brichacek did an amazing job removing the keloid I had on my earlobe! It has healed wonderfully and has not come back since. The operation was smooth and went exactly as planned. I highly recommend Dr. Brichacek.

Dr. Brichacek and his team are absolutely wonderful. He provided lots of information immediately from the consult and everyone made sure I knew they were there for me every step of the way, I felt very well cared for. It's been 11 weeks now since my facelift & necklift by Dr Brichacek, and I couldn't be happier with the results. At 60, my skin had drooped at my chinline from previous weightloss over the years. I was hesitant and unsure at first, but right from the start, he puts you at ease and explains everything. I was surprised how well it looked even a week after. I am so glad I took the plunge and did this for myself.

Great experience with my top surgery (nipplesless). The person is really nice and I felt completely safe with him. Also happy with the results, the surgery appeared to be easy for me, and allowed me to enjoy my life starting from the first day after surgery. (I am non-binary and felt great with his attitude)
