There's something in all of us, big or small, that we wish we could change. I believe that exceptional plastic surgery should be available to anyone and everyone who wants to make that change.
I’m absolutely thrilled with my results—just 9 days post-op after having a tummy tuck, flankplasty, lower body lift, and flank liposuction performed by Dr. Oppenheimer. For reference, I’m 5’2” and was 142 lbs before surgery. I was initially unsure about adding the lower body lift, but after asking tons of questions, Dr. Oppenheimer reassured me it was the right choice—and I’m so glad I trusted his expertise. Even with swelling, the improvement in my back side is already dramatic. I can’t wait to see the final results! As an out-of-town patient, I visited multiple surgeons in my area before choosing Dr. Oppenheimer. His work consistently stood out—natural-looking belly buttons, thin and well-placed scar lines, no pleating. His attention to detail and consistency were exactly what I was looking for. I stayed at the Guest House for recovery, and it was a great setup. It had everything I needed—shower chair, walker, toilet seat riser, recliner, and more. Sammi, the Operations Manager, was amazing—super responsive and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. Huge thanks to the surgical and nursing team: Maci (Surgical Coordinator), Katrina (Nurse), London (Nurse Anesthesiologist), Andrea (Clinic & OR Nurse), Claribel (PACU Nurse), and Christina (Overnight Nurse). Everyone was so caring, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. This has been such a worthwhile journey, and I’m so glad I made the investment in myself.
I am so grateful to have met Dr. Oppenheimer and his staff. They are all so genuine and so polite. I felt cared for and appreciated. My surgery went great. My recovery was great, and my scar looks amazing! Very happy with the results and the overall experience. 10/10 would recommend!
From start to finish, the team at Oppenheimer Plastic Surgery was transparent, professional, kind and caring. I started as a 36A and wanted a natural look. Dr. Oppenheimer ended up going with Natrelle SoftTouch Moderate implants with a Galaflex internal bra (310 cc in my left, 330 in my right to make up for asymmetry) with subfascial placement. I did everything virtually, as I traveled 4 hours for surgery. However, I felt informed and in the loop from the moment I did my consult. I did my pre-op the day before surgery and met with Dr. Oppenheimer. He is incredibly kind, honest and straight forward about his approach. The office is also very comfortable, chic and clean. It’s beyond beautiful. I felt like I was in an art museum! Day of surgery, the team took great care of me and my nerves. The recovery was pretty easy. I am only 8 days post op and absolutely in love with my results! The team is also readily available if I have any questions about my recovery. Long story short: GET THE BOOBS! If I want any more cosmetic surgery or work, this will be the only office I’ll consider.
My experience with Dr. Oppenheimer was the absolute best! I have the results that I had hoped for all these years with wanting a tummy tuck. His team is wonderful. There are no dumb questions, and anything that comes up they have answers for in a phone call or an email. After he received my photos in a phone consult (I'm in AZ, he's in FL) he requested I do the TT, lipo 360, as well as a flankplasty. Knowing that he's the expert, I agreed, and couldn't have asked for better results!! I still can't believe that it's me in the mirror 16 days later. This is a major surgery. Do your research and know what to expect, but don't be afraid to ask questions! They are there to make sure you're happy and healthy.
Amazing results and only at 30 days post opp. Can’t wait to see final result but already exceeds my expectations. My double chin was definitely hereditary and figured I wanted to address it since I’m now in my 40’s. Looks great and Dr. Opp and his team were just amazing, patient and I will definitely be back for any other adjustments needed in the future
Short Answer: Amazing Doc w magic hands. I am a 40 yr old - extended tummy tuck, muscle repair, implant removal, and lipo 360. Love the results. Long Answer: Honestly - if you are looking at Dr Oppenheimer’s website or looking at his social media account - congratulations - your search is complete. For Mommy Makeovers - he’s the doctor you’ve been dreaming of. I had been searching for surgeons for quite a bit - from virtual consults in Colombia to in person consults in the US. From the moment I called Dr Opp’s office to schedule a consult until my 3 month post opp visit everything has gone smoothly. For starters - his facility is beautiful and clean and most importantly calm. That’s the best feeling to get when you walk into a plastic surgeon’s office. From my in person consult in late March 2024 - where I met Dr Oppenheimer, Andrea and Christina - it went great. I showed him pictures of my fit body before 3 csections and he felt confident he could make me look better than before. And what I loved is that he didn’t recommend add ons that I didn’t want (no pressure to get a BBL, no pressure to do an implant exchange or a lift). My surgery was on June 3, 2024 and from walking in on the morning of - everything was very relaxed. The doctor didn’t seem like he was rushing and I knew he wasn’t since I was his ONLY mommy makeover for the day (he also had a shorter surgery after mine). The nurse anesthetist, London, was lovely and kept me calm. I know I keep saying calm - because it’s true. I had no doubt I was making the right decision. For reference - I was turning 40 later that month - I’m 5’2” and weighed 148 lbs day of surgery. I had an explant, an extended tummy tuck (he calls it a tummy tuck and flankplasty) and lipo 360. I had a csection shelf that bothered the crud out of me and my implants were recalled which is why I got them removed (they were also too high and too big for my small frame). After surgery - the Dr checked on me to see my progress and I got to have a sleepover w nurse Christina-she was awesome. Felt like I was staying overnight w my mom taking care of me - she was so sweet and kept telling me to sleep (I was too excited - so I couldn’t shut down). In the morning - the doc checked on me again and I was good to go. I had silicone covering my tummy tuck and breast scars - but they looked good. Post OPP at home went well. I slept, took my meds and ate bland foods for about a week or so. I was taking small steps at day 2 and by end of the second week - I was mostly walking straight. I got my drains removed at one week post OPP (drains sucked the most - but it’s necessary). I’ve seen a few masseuses who are amazed at the results I achieved. And they tell me Dr Opp did an amazing job. I already knew that - but it’s nice to hear it from people who have worked on other Mommy Makeover bodies. Highly recommend Dr Opp and his team! You will not be disappointed. PS- At 2wpo I weighed 143. After the swelling went down - I was down to 138. That was an exciting feeling! But of course - a Mommy Makeover isn’t the end all be all - you have to work out and eat well 90% of the time. Thx Dr Opp for transforming my life and giving me a chance to look and feel 10 yrs younger!
I came across Dr.Oppenheimer ten years ago & have been following him in awe and admiration since. Finally my dream of having a breast augmentation done by him came true! Dr.Opp is an artist! He is passionate, meticulous, kind and you can feel that he cares about your desired results. He listens, guides you and executes! His staff is a reflection of him as they make you feel comfortable and safe. My one and only concern was about going under anesthesia but after meeting with London (the anesthesiologist) I felt at ease. The last words I heard before drifting off in the theater was her saying , “We are going to take really good care of you”…they did just that! I’m only one week post opp and while I do look forward to the “drop & fluff” I can already say this was the most delicate, top tier, dream like surgical experience! Thank you Dr.Opp and may God continue to bless you and your team in aiding in the empowerment & transformation of many more wonder women!
Dr Oppenheimer and his entire team have been nothing short of wonderful. They made this process easy from start to finish. From the consult to follow ups, I have felt so comfortable and I feel like they have answered my questions before I have even asked them. Dr Oppenheimer is a gifted surgeon-his surgery pictures are proof of this. He is also exceptionally kind and down to earth, which I think sets him apart. I had an extended tummy tuck, flankplasty, 360 lipo, and fat transfer to my hips. When I made it home, I was in tears-not from pain, but from how over the moon I was about my surgery and how happy I was already with my results. I couldn’t believe that it looked this great and how much I loved the changes that soon after surgery. Dr Oppenheimer’s nursing team is beyond compare-they are so good at what they do and work incredibly well together. Andrea and Arissa have been wonderful and so helpful. London did my anesthesia and she was outstanding and made me feel at ease right away. I can’t recommend Dr Oppenheimer and his team enough. My experience with their office has changed my life for the better, and I’ll be forever thankful to him and his team.
I had a tummy tuck, liposuction, and muscle repair performed by Dr. Opp and his incredible team, and from start to finish, I felt nothing but truly cared for, respected, and informed. They take the time to answer every question thoroughly, and Dr. Opp has such a calm and reassuring presence that put me at ease from the very first consultation. From my initial phone call to the absolutely flawless results, I can honestly say this is the best decision I’ve ever made for myself. If you’re considering a medical procedure, I cannot recommend Dr. Opp enough. You only get one body, and trust me, Dr. Opp is the best of the best!
Amazing experience! Very kind and knowledgeable. I trusted him from the start on whether or not to get a lift and I’m glad I went with his judgement. I didn’t need the lift and I’m very pleased with my results.
You’re an anatomist! I think it’s great to have a solid understanding of our own bodies. The detail of the vulva is different in every patient and it requires a different approach while still using the same overall pattern. Seek out the best surgeons in the world to help with your specific goals and let them worry on your behalf.
Your drawings are the drawings for a clitoral hood reduction! I perform a hood reduction on every one of my Labiaplasty procedures. It is standard. If this area is not also reduced—as you call it, the prepuce, or as I generally say the clitoral hood— then you will have an imbalanced look with puffiness and fullness on the top part of the vulva. An experienced surgeon will understand all of the nuances of your unique anatomy and will be able to perform an expert Labiaplasty. Having performed over 600 of these procedures I would be honored to help and have patients from all over the country in the world come into Orlando, Florida For my expert care.
It doesn’t appear that you had any hood reduction. A Labiaplasty with hood reduction is one single procedure in my opinion and most every woman who seeks out a Labiaplasty would benefit from a clitoral reduction. Many doctors are afraid to perform this surgery and having done over 600 Labiaplasty procedures I not exactly certain as to why. Perhaps they don’t have as much experience or as much of an understanding of the pertinent anatomy. Find a doctor with extensive experience with Labiaplasty so you can get a revision and get the results that you want.
Labiaplasty with hood reduction is a technical procedure. I think of it like origami. Parts need to be cut, released, and folded into place to create symmetry and a natural appearance. Not every surgeon is equally skilled and even more importantly, equally thoughtful/patient/fastidious about their results. In patients who have a trim labiaplasty with scissors, the labia can have a “scalloped” appearance: too little removed at the bottom and top (the frenulum) and too much removed in the middle. The frenulum is very sensitive at baseline because it is the wishbone-like structure that extends from the bottom portion of the clitoris. This needs to be tailored smoothly so that there are no angles to the remaining tissue. When closing the labia, I use a running subcuticular suture. The suture is dissolvable and is completely buried under the surface of the skin so there are no track marks ridges or suture marks that can leave uneven and irregular scarring. It’s important to find a very delicate surgeon in the process of a Labiaplasty. As I tell my patients, they have only one worry: to find the right doctor. after that the worrying is mine.
I offer complementary revisions on any and all labiaplasty/hood reduction procedures at no charge for all of my patients. Revisions are so rare that I consider it my postopp promise that you will be happy with the results. Small asymmetries are rare in my practice but if a patient is not fully satisfied then neither am I.
