I want to make my labia smaller and my thighs tighter. What work would I need done? (Photo)

I see why you are self-consious. You have vary large, asymmetric and dark labia minora as well as a large clitoral hood. You are an excellent candidate for coametic vaginal surgery. Based on the pictures that you provided, you appear to have enlarged and elongated inner lips (labia minora). I would recommend a Labiaplasty procedure in order to reduce the length and the width of your labia minora which will help achieve the look you desire. It will also make wearing tight clothes more comfortable.

I suggest that you seek an in person consultation with a Board-Certified plastic surgeon specializing in Labiaplasty to further discuss your options, specific techniques, concerns and expectations.

Thank you for your questionYou are describing two separate problems. 1) The outsides show both excess skin on the labia and prepuce. There are actually two pair of inner labia: a lower pair that inserts into the clitoris and an upper pair , that forms the hood, and can insert into and even overwhelm the lower pair. In your photo there is excess prepuce which should be reduced (giving a "bridge of the nose " appearance) and then the lower pair can be reduced by one of a number of techniques. -See video below for more information .2) Having four children can make things feel real loose inside. Vaginal reconstruction can correct this issue. The nvagina is connected six ways:entrance, apex, anterior or bladder side, posterior or rectal side and two lateral sides. Each of these is repaired differently so you need a vaginal surgeon well experienced and trained in these techniques. Preferably find a surgeon knowledgeable in " site specific defect repair". Do your homework to avoid problems. Look for reviews and before and after photos.Both insides and outsides can be done at the same time.
