I don’t have enough praise to give Dr. Scheinberg and his team. Everyone in his office is well- versed and passionate about the work that they do. What first got me into contact with his office was that his page had the most pictures from any other surgeon I had researched, and all pictures looked natural, but well done. He is an expert in what he does and specializes in women’s health/ gynecology, which was important to me. I called his office for a consult and his front desk staff was compassionate, kind, and spent over and hour patiently answering all of my questions. Dr. Scheinberg gave a detailed explanation of how he does his procedure, and really took the time to educate me on the process and answer and questions that I had. I was sold. I had read horror stories online about painful healing after the procedure, but Dr. S stated that his patients reported a pain level of 1-2 post op… I can’t speak on behalf of everyone, but I would say I experienced a pain level of 0.5, if that. He and his wife called me every day for the first week after the procedure, even on weekends to see how I was feeling. You don’t find doctor care like that anymore. I felt like they were holding my hand every step of the way. I am beyond thrilled with my results, and I would recommend Dr. Scheinberg to any and everyone. 10/10

I had the best experience with Dr. Scheinberg. After the first consultation I knew it was the doctor who was going to do the surgery. He is very caring, listens to his patients and takes the time to explain everything about the procedure. On top of that, he is a perfectionist and deliver amazing results! Thank God for Dr. Scheinberg! I had multiple pelvic organ prolapse issues. Dr. Scheinberg fixthem all at once and I am so solid now. I even got food poisoning in my third week of recovery and not a drop of urine came out the entire time I was ill. I really did my research when I realized I needed this surgery and Dr Scheinberg is one of the very few doctors, who understand that you cannot fix one prolapse without fixing the others. I’m so happy to have found him. I did not even need to see another doctor once I spoke with him and read through the medical journals from Dr Adam Ostrzenski. Dr. Scheinberg is the real deal. There is no way I would have trusted a urogynecologist to diagnose and perform this procedure when they have never delivered a baby! There are not enough thank you cards in the world to express my genuine gratitude for Dr SCHEINBERG , his wife and team. For years I have thought about getting a labiaplasty done but it never went farther then just dreams and some research. Finally for my 36th birthday I decided to treat myself. The number one thing that brought me to Dr SCHEINBERG’s office was that he was a gynecologist first. His knowledge had to be more than the average plastic surgeon. This being my first plastic surgery, I didn’t know what to expect. I had nerves after the initial payment but the closer the day got the more at ease I was. Every question was answered. Every cm explained. The procedure went flawlessly and I was at home recovering before I knew it.

I know pain scares people and my tolerance is pretty high but it truly wasn’t bad. First day was a lot of waddling and ice packs. I worked the following day, uncomfortably but still fine. I’m in the restaurant business so I don’t sit down except to drive to work. Everything healed beautifully and boom, 6 weeks later I’m all cleared!

Now, what his procedure did for esthetics is incredible (truthfully it’s beautiful). More importantly what it did to my self esteem and soul is entirely different.

My self confidence was on the sea floor after a very abusive relationship, years of therapy removing everything negative from my life and way of thinking brought me to my best self. But I still heard his voice in the back of my head making fun of my vagina right after giving birth to my son. So, finding Dr. SCHEINBERG was a blessing for me. I’m in my 30’s and have always wanted to get a labiaplasty but was always nervous about surgery and the recovery… but WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG?!

The doctor and his office were extremely professional and took the time to meet with my family and I. They showed me several before an after images and explained the process. After I had my surgery, the doctor personally called me from his cell phone every day to make sure how my recovery was going.. which I thought was very thoughtful. I’ve had surgery before and none of the other doctors have ever called me to follow up.

So the recovery I’m not gonna lie I was pretty intense. I would suggest looking at your period calendar to make sure it doesn’t fall within the recovery week.. I didn’t check and was super excited to book the surgery and completely forgot that I was going to have my period that week but that’s my fault.

I don’t typically leave reviews but Dr. Scheinberg definitely earned the time it takes to write a proper review. I had researched this procedure for years and understand that reviews and pictures play a big part in receiving business but most importantly, guides patients to the best surgeon possible.

As I stated I researched for many years but was more happy with my appearance than what many surgeons appeared they could do for me. It seemed many were general plastic surgeons without the expertise of vulva anatomy. Even many gynecologists who preform labiaplasty did not present pictures which reflected a full understanding or proper/tailored techniques for the vast variety of vulvas.

While working in Fort Lauderdale I decided to take the opportunity to research surgeons. I came across Dr Scheinberg and for the first time saw someone who specialized in cosmetic gynecology and could show over 100 pictures with perfect results. I learned so much from his website and RealSelf. I booked a consultation with his office staff, which are the sweetest, most comforting women I might add.

Day of my consultation I booked my surgery for labiaplasty and reduction of prepuce. Though I had scoured every inch of his website and didn’t really need it Dr Schienberg gave me the full run down and all my questions were answered. He was even able to position my labia to show me what will look like with using my natural edge. I didn’t need to see or speak to any other surgeon. The decision was a no brainer.

The morning of surgery was a breeze as the surgery center was amazing. I appreciated being sedated for the procedure as it does take time. I don’t think anyone should be awake for this. If this is the case I would question the dr you have chosen.

Recovery for the first week was a 4 on a scale of 1-10. Id say it was more uncomfortable and time consuming to care for the incisions as your pain is managed by medication. Ice packs were my best friend for about 4 weeks. I was tired the first week as well. Second week was very itchy but less painful. Suture removal was not fun but a HUGE relief. After they were removed it was smooth sailing and pain/discomfort had disappeared for the most part.

I just had my 6 week appointment and everything is literally perfect. My confidence and sex drive have sky rocketed. I don’t feel I need to hide or adjust my labia from my husband anymore. I want to be seen.

I just have to say Dr Scheinberg is the only man for the job and should be the #1 surgeon listed for labiaplasty. All other surgeons should be trained him or his methods should be standard practice world wide. I hope any woman making this choice finds this review.
