(I have had two children with my implants already), I do not have any issues with my current implants only that I would like to remove them. I have had them in for 6 years and have breastfed both children. I wonder if the breast shape would be improved by removing the implant then falling pregnant.

Answer: Removal Every pregnancy may change your breast shape and size. if you are planning to have another child fairly soon, I would suggest waiting until after your last pregnancy and breast feeding before having the implants removed. Otherwise, you might need a lift to correct the shape after that last pregnancy and have an additional surgery besides the removal.
