Pregnant 3 months after an explant with lift, what are the risks?

Hello Ella, thanks for your question and congratulations on your pregnancy! There is no added risk/complications to your recovery after getting a breast lift and implant removal.  However, your breasts will most likely change with your pregnancy in response to the hormones/breast feeding and you may need a revision in the future.  Best of luck with your pregnancy!

Congratulations!  Your breasts will change with your pregnancy but it is difficult to tell at this time how much your breasts will change or if you would need any further surgery.   Some women have a great deal of change in their breast tissue after one pregnancy and others may have very little after 3 pregnancies.  Wait until after your delivery and breast feeding to evaluate the need for further surgery.  Best wishes.

Congratulations on your pregnancy!  Your breasts will undergo common changes that occur with pregnancy.  Depending on the elasticity of your skin, if you breastfeed and for how long you may notice changes with the breasts.  If after you are finished breastfeeding you are unhappy with the appearance of your breasts you can elect to have a revision of your lift.

The changes that pregnancy causes to the breast are not consistently known, some people choose to do nothing after pregnancy and nursing. Others choose to proceed with a breast lift or a larger implant once they stop seeing a change in their breasts post partum.
