I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Dr. Richards and his team at the iQonic clinic. I underwent bilateral breast augmentation, and am over the moon with my results. All aspects were communicated thoroughly, including implant size, procedure options, healing and aftercare. I had the MIA procedure with Adrian in September and I am over the moon with the results. The entire experience was so comfortable and easy, and having seen other surgeons before for consultations, I was immediately more at ease when I came in for the consultation late august. I was nervous as the MIA procedure is still very new but I had seen the results of his previous work and I was pretty confident this was the right procedure for me. As expected, I was quite nervous for the surgery but it went very quickly and all the staff were extremely comforting and friendly, and overall I couldn't have had a better experience. I am now about 4 months post surgery and I am super happy with my natural results. It has taken a couple months for them to have properly softened and look natural, and initially it was something I was worried about. I was reassured by both Melissa and Adrian that they were looking as expected along the healing journey and that with patience I would achieve the intended result. I am super pleased and could not recommend Adrian and his team enough. I am so glad I went through with this procedure and has done wonders for my confidence. Thank you!

Wow.. where do I even start! From the very first consultation (where I was super super nervous) to now, being 6 weeks post op, (and absolutely amazed and in love with the results already!) Dr Adrian Richards and the team (especially Melissa) have been the most helpful, kind, and supportive people ever! From the very first consultation I had with Dr Adrian and Melissa they just made me feel so comfortable, I knew this had to be the surgery and surgeon I’m picking! They both have the most friendly, caring faces - so you just know from the get go you’re going to be receiving the best care and treatment. On surgery day, I was SO nervous but Melissa and the whole team on the day made it so much better with their calm, cheery and funny natures they really do help pull you together and made me feel so at ease! To now, being 6 weeks post op I am obsessed with the results already, I am SO glad I went ahead with the surgery as it was something I thought about having for many years, but just held back due to being nervous. OK, and here we are.. I never thought I'll be doing this! I mean ever! Wanted to get a breast job for as long as I can remember!!As young as 16 years old I talked about it.. Most of my friends must have gotten tired of me talking about it for yearrrrr! Finally I was in the right place and found the right surgeon at the age of 60! Mr Richards was suggested by my daughter who had a great experience with her procedure. At my consultation, i found him to be straight to the point. He and his amazing and highly professional team made me feel safe before and after surgery! My journey was smooth and beautiful! I would definitely recommend Mr Richards to anyone considering breast augmentation! As for my result, I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!! Thank you for such a smooth journey!

I've summarised my experience in a few areas below! Sizing: I took a while to decide my size and actually went for two separate sizing appointments which I do recommend - it's the most important decision you'll make! I also found that in the first appointment I think I found the sizes quite shocking and took a while to get used to how to it looked so I did then go up a size in my second appointment. I also really recommend taking a few different tops and getting pictures and videos in them so you can get used to the size. (I used to be AA and ended up going for 245cc round motiva moderate profile) Staff: All the staff at the private clinic are really lovely and just want the best for you. I never felt like I was being "sold" to which was really important to me and gave me a lot of trust in Adrian. The aftercare nurses are especially great as well and nothing is too small for them to spend the time chatting it through. Surgery: I wasn't too worried about the surgery but I found the day honestly quite relaxing! I arrived at about 11am and was walking out at 3:30pm - it was so fast. I also didn't feel woozy or strange afterwards which I thought I might. Recovery: I found my recovery also surprisingly easy and wasn't in much pain at all apart from moving from lying to standing (or vice versa) for the first few days. I stuck to just paracetamol and did a LOT of walking. You find you feel infinitely better with each day that passes and after a week I really felt completely fine. I called the out of hours nurses a few times with questions and they were so helpful! I would say that in the first couple of weeks I definitely had a moment of worrying that they looked too big and too high and just didn't really feel like myself but I know now that this is really common and normal and just trust that this feeling will definitely pass!! Especially as they drop and the swelling goes down. I felt able to exercise at about 3/4 weeks to be honest but I waited until about 5.5 weeks. Results: I genuinely couldn't be happier. I'm so surprised and happy with how natural they look and feel even after only 4ish weeks and can't wait to see them only improve from here! I think the size is perfect for my frame and I know everyone says this but I genuinely wish I'd done it sooner!

Adrian and his team especially the lovely Melissa took care of me every step of the way. From my consultation answering every question and helping me chose the best implant to my first time having an operation , I felt in the safest of hands and fully comfortable and confident. The team was very thorough and helpful before during and after and the whole process was really seamless. I am 2 and 1/2 months post op now and the healing process couldn’t have gone better, I was back to work in a week and my boobs felt settled enough for me to show them off on holiday 5 weeks later. The scars are minimal and all pain or uncomfortableness was completely gone after the first month. I can’t actually believe I took so long deciding whether or not to go for this as my new boobs feel like they have been on my body forever and I can hardly remember the surgery/ recovery it was so smooth. For reference I was a small 32b before and a 32c/d now. I would pick Dr Adrian Richards to do my surgery again in a heartbeat- he has changed my life and I have no complaints about anything.

Overall I had such a great experience. Everyone in the Harley street clinic was absolutely amazing. Mr Adrian Richards listened to my concerns and fixed them I couldn’t be more happier it’s everything I’ve ever wanted and he has made that dream come true. I couldn’t recommend him anymore.
