Are my breasts look likely to improve in appearance? I am 4 days post explant. No lift. I had implants for 7 years consisting of 410cc overs for 3 years, 900cc overs 9months, back down to 450cc semi unders for last 4 years. 27 years old. 19 years old when I had my first implants and am A cup.
Answer: Removal You are still very early in your healing process, but do have stretched out skin. Treatments like ThermiTight with radiofrequency could be helpful to help tighten the skin with tiny scars. Fat transfers could also later be helpful to give some modest fullness back into your breasts.

Answer: Concave chest, breasts folding inwards after explant? Hello @ashleypop, thank you for your question. My opinion is that a breast implant removal should be combined with an immediate reconstruction of the breast tissue to reposition the breast tissue and improve the projection of the upper pole and medial areas using the BRALAN Technique (Breast Reconstruction Anatomical Lift Augmentation) as the results will be adequate in terms of aesthetics and will have a minimal L-shaped scar. In your case, having already been explanted, you may be a candidate for a tissue reconstruction that has resulted from the removal of the prostheses, and if necessary, a fat transfer to improve the volume. If you are considering a breast lift, consultation with a plastic surgeon with experience in this procedure is essential to ensure optimal results. Best regards. Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS. Answer: Breast implant removal hello ashleypop Although good results are expected, there is no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, as to the results that may be obtained. The body is not symmetric and almost everyone has some degree of unevenness, which may not be recognized in advance. One side of the face may be slightly larger, while one side of the face may be droopier. The breast and trunk area exhibits the same possibilities. Many of these issues cannot be fully corrected with surgery. The more realistic your expectations are as to the results, the better your results will appear to you. Some patients never achieve their desired goals or results, at no fault of the surgeon or surgery. You may be disappointed with the results of surgery. Asymmetry, unanticipated shape and size, loss of function, wound disruption, poor healing, and loss of sensation may occur after surgery. Size may be incorrect. Unsatisfactory surgical scar location or appearance may occur. It may be necessary to perform additional surgery to improve your results. Unsatisfactory results may NOT improve with each additional treatment. It also too early to know the final result of your explantation. #post-op #concave

Answer: Breast implant removal You can expect improvement in the appearance of the breasts over the coming weeks. You still will probably have some loose skin, but there will likely be positive changes ahead from what you are seeing now. Continue to follow the advice of your plastic surgeon.

Answer: Explant result The aesthetic result after implant removal is typically disappointing early on. At some point your surgeon may discuss massaging the breasts to soften the scar tissue. It will take several months for the healing to settle down some.
