Dr. Emily is the best! She's soo sweet, knowledgeable, understanding, trustworthy, patient and caring! She works with you and stands by her products and services. And her office staff is friendly and amazing as well!!

Dr. Emily is AMAZING. Beautiful office, lovely staff. She herself is absolutely lovely. She was kind, real, and honest with me. I initially did a consult for a BA & lift with her, in which she was caring and helped to make sure I was comfortable with our plan. She listened to me, provided feedback, and we made decisions as a team. In the post-op phase she was easily available for any questions I had via text or call. I was so pleased with the results of my surgery, at one of my follow ups I inquired about botox/dysport. She was AGAIN so honest, kind, and made me feel empowered to make my decisions at my own pace. She did a wonderful job with my dysport injections, and I came back for her to do them before my wedding. Gutted to not be in the area anymore, but will definitely head to see her should I come back to the area. Can’t say enough about this woman!

I’ve experienced the warmth and professionalism at Charm City Plastic Surgery twice now. The first time was to have chin liposuction in the office and I (along with all my friends!) have been blown away by the results. I was so thrilled that at my three month check up I asked if she would perform liposuction on my abdomen. Dr. Clarke-Pearson graciously agreed and performed the procedure yesterday. I’m 24 hours in and the pain is manageable, I’m firmly strapped into the appropriate compression device and cannot wait to see my results! I cannot recommend this office or provider more highly - the staff is incredible and her bedside manner is impeccable. If you are in or around the Baltimore area and looking for an incredible board certified plastic surgeon, look no further!

I debated for over a decade correcting what four nursing babies toll took on my breast tissue. I consulted with 3 surgeons before meeting with Dr Emily. The previous surgeons left something to be desired. While they were highly qualified the appointments left me drained and more insecure about myself and the surgery. That all changed within the first few minutes of meeting Dr. Emily. Her staff is warm and friendly creating an environment that puts you at ease. Dr. Emily’s energy is undeniable. She made the appointment fun and informative. I felt like I had found a surgeon who truly wanted me to feel like my best self. The morning of the surgery, I was a ball of nerves. Dr Emily and her staff were amazing. They walked me through every step and kept me smiling and distracted. The surgery was seamless. While I was in recovery, Dr Emily had even gone outside to personally speak to my husband (and 4 kids who were in the car). She called that evening to check in and was always a text away with any questions I had. I am one month post op and I couldn’t be happier. I look exactly how I dreamt I would. I am overjoyed I found such a lovely Doctor. I wish I could give her a 100 stars and yet that still doesn’t seem like enough!

I had a consultation with another surgeon before being recommended to Dr.Emily. I left that appointment feeling very unsure with a lot of unanswered questions. Some clients of mine had used Emily and spoke very highly of her. It was easy to see why during the consultation. She was so warm and informative. I never felt rushed and knew immediately she was the doctor for me. I had a breast lift with implants as well as lipoabdominoplasty. I was pretty nervous about the surgery and she has been incredibly comforting through it all. I am 2 weeks post op and the entire experience with her has succeeded my expectations. Dr. Clarke-Pearson spends time listening to your concerns and desires all while taking in the shape and proportion of your face. I flew from Louisiana to Maryland just to see her because I trust her expertise and in depth knowledge of the face and its structure. I plan on seeing her for the next 20 years!
