Will Dysport or Botox be better for fine lines on the forehead and around the eyes? Which lasts longer?

Juvederm Volite is currently unavailable in U.S. market. However, a popular alternative is Belotero. Belotero is used for fine lines and is used like volite for both plumping and rejuvenating the skin. Much like restylane skin boosters available outside the us.

Both work well.  Dysport is generally cheaper, works faster and sometimes lasts longer in my patients.
Find a board certified plastic surgeon to perform injections.  Dysport is not recommended for patients with milk protein allergy. 

In my opinion, they are both outstanding products. Both products are great and it may ultimately depend on the patient's preference or that of the physician. In my experience, they both essentially last for the same amount of time.

I have not found any difference in the longevity of results from Botox versus Dysport and I think both products produce a similar effect.  I have no personal preference of one over the other.  

The manufactures have stirred up whisper campaigns against each others products.  From a clinical standpoint however, the effect of these products is the same.  No difference other than how the units are measured.  Adjusting for that, one product does not last longer than another.  One is not more potent than another.  One does not set in faster than another.  Focus on finding the right doctor.

Both Botox and Dysport are neuromodulators that work similarly. The choice for one or the other often is by injector or patient preference. Both can effectively treat dynamic lines on the forehead and the crows feet area. The treatment is done in the office with final results seen after two weeks. Some patients report Dysport tends to work a little faster. Both last approximately three to four months, fading gradually.

Multiple blinded studies have shown that Botox (onabotulinum toxin) and Dysport (abobotulinum toxin) both work the same way and last the same amount of time. The only difference is that Dysport kicks in a little faster for some people. I would pick my product based on the injector, and choose someone who has experience and knows how to give a natural result. Hi, good day, thank you for your question Botox, and Dysport are similar products with slight differences.  They are both used to relax the muscles and lessen the look of wrinkles.  Botox can take longer to kick in and have more of flattened frozen look.  Dysport tends to take affect faster in 3-5 days, with a gradual more "natural" effect.  Both are good products, it really depends on what areas you want to treat, and the desired look you want to achieve.  Both products will wear off and need to re-injected every 4-6 moths.  I recommend you consult a certified injector first to discuss these options.good luck.
