Will Dysport or Botox be better for fine lines on the forehead and around the eyes? Which lasts longer?

Both Botox and Dysport are neuromodulators that work similarly. The choice for one or the other often is by injector or patient preference. Both can effectively treat dynamic lines on the forehead and the crows feet area. The treatment is done in the office with final results seen after two weeks. Some patients report Dysport tends to work a little faster. Both last approximately three to four months, fading gradually.

Juvederm Volite is currently unavailable in U.S. market. However, a popular alternative is Belotero. Belotero is used for fine lines and is used like volite for both plumping and rejuvenating the skin. Much like restylane skin boosters available outside the us.

Both work well.  Dysport is generally cheaper, works faster and sometimes lasts longer in my patients.
Find a board certified plastic surgeon to perform injections.  Dysport is not recommended for patients with milk protein allergy.
