Botox and dermal piercing?

The Dysport injections will more than likely not be the source of infection. Dysport should be given sterilely and by a trained medical professional prior to your injection.  
The dermal piercings may create a source of infection as it is a foreign body with an exposed open communication between the outside skin and internal surfaces. 
I believe postponing your Dysport injections for a few weeks would be appropriate and allow your piercings to heal appropriately.

Hi Johanna.The Dysport is not likely to be a source of infection with this injection. As you know, this is a medical procedure and the skin is sterilized with a solution before the injection.  The piercings create a communication between the outside world and the subcutaneous tissue and could be a source of infection in the future. An experienced injector would know what to do, but I suggest waiting to make sure the piercings are accepted well by your facial tissue before having an injection. Postponing your Dysport for a few weeks would be appropriate.

Thank you for your question. With good technique, cleansing the skin prior to injections, your risk of infection from Dysport is extremely remote. Your risk of infection is much higher from dermal piercings as this breaks the integrity of the skin and places a foreign body through the piercing.I hope this was helpful - Dr. Moore.

As long as you are going to a reputable physician for your Dysport, there should not be a problem with getting it two weeks after dermal piercings.  A reputable physician will clean your skin and use sterile needles, etc. to inject. 

You should be perfectly fine with a two week gap between the dsyport treatment and your body piercing procedure.  If there is any inflammation or question of infection from the body piercing, then I would avoid Dysport until the skin is healed. 

You should be fine given the 2 week interval. If you want to completely safe, I would have the Dysport treatment first, wait 2 weeks and then get your piercings.
