Dr. Carlos Ayala was so kind and understanding and very accommodating to my situation. I told him i wanted a new nose because the nose i was born with wasn't to my likening. He totally understood my reasons and assured me that he could give me a new beautiful nose. My physical and My mental health were Dr, Carlos Ayala's 1st priority. The good doctor sent me for blood tests and he even set me up with a certified physiatrist to make sure i was physically and mentally healthy! The whole process from me walking in to his clinic to me getting my surgery for a new nose only took 1 week! It was a very fast smooth process! Dr. Carlos Ayala is truly a man blessed and gifted by God to perform the best facial plastic surgeries here in the Rio Grande Valley. God guided Dr. Ayala's hands on the day of the surgery to give me a beautiful new nose and my self confidence back!

My consultation for a rhinoplasty was very straightforward. Dr Ayala and his team are very professional and the clinic is very clean. Dr Ayala listened to what I wanted and provided suggestions on what could be achieved. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Ayala for a rhinoplasty and septoplasty, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I had a mini facelift, rhinoplasty and lip lift (all at the same time) with Dr. Ayala. I absolutely love my results. I was nervous he would not understand how "subtle" of results I wanted, but I am so happy. I look refreshed, not stretched. Sadly some women look older with overdone facelifts. The first two weeks were stressful as I was really swollen but after about 2 weeks I could really start to see results. After a month, I was back to almost my everyday routines. He is very meticulous and detail oriented. His staff is so helpful. I love my results!
