Approximately how much Dysport would I need for my forehead and 11s? (Photos)

I would use 60 units of Dysport for your forehead and 60 units for your 11's.  This is the typical amount I use to treat those areas although some people can get by with less and some people may need more.  

Without seeing you this is just a guess....Patients like you, I usually start with 60 to 100 units, but I have them animate in front of me to see how powerful the muscles are. Be sure you're seeing an expert injector/physician.Best wishes, Dr. ALDO 

This needs an in-person evaluation to determine how much Dysport will be needed. It will take 1-2 weeks for final results. Deeper wrinkles need a combination of Dysport with fillers, lasers and microneedling/prp to get the most improvement. Hi,Thank you for including photos. The typical dose in units for the forehead can range from 48-60 U of dysport (16-20 U of botox). Depending on your aesthetic goals, you may need a little more or a little less. Dysport dosing will very a bit by patient. The average dosing range for the glabella (in between the brows) is 30-75 units. The average dosing for the forehead is 24-60 units. When you are using the product for the first time there are a few things to keep in mind. The treatment is done in the office with final results seen after two weeks. If you still have concerns after two weeks, return to your injector for a touch up. The product will wear off gradually over approximately three to four months. The product addresses dynamic lines, meaning the lines you see when you make muscle movements. I've included a video on how this product works that I hope you find helpful.

I would do 60-70 units in the glabella and about 25 in the forehead. Keep in mind that the static lines of the forehead will only mildly improve with the first injection. These are called etched in lines and are almost like scars. However, over a number of treatments, these will continue to improve. Laser and skin care will also help soften these lines but Dysport is the mainstay of treatment.

First we would see you in the office for a consultation to go over pricing and number of units, and show you before and after photos of actual patients. Typically in these 2 areas of your concern which are the Glabella (11's)  we inject 50 units and the forehead we inject 40 units for all first time patients. Some patients do require a small amount more. It takes up to 2 weeks for the product to fully kick in so we start with the average dose/units of  Dysport  and have you follow up in 2 weeks if you feel you need more units. If you feel you still have some resting lines after you have received dysport you could always consider a superficial filler such as Belotero or Restylane Silk for the 11's.

A typical dose of Dysport used for treating the frown lines and horizontal forehead lines is 90 units (60 units for frown lines, 30 units for forehead lines). The dose for the forehead should be decreased if there is associated eyebrow or eyelid ptosis or dermatochalasis (excess eyelid skin). Filler maybe useful in patient with forehead volume loss. Combining these injectable treatments with lasers, microneedling, chemical peels and good at home skincare gives the best results. 

Typically I recommend 60 units for the 11's and 60 units for the forehead.  The majority of patients are happy with the rusult.  I mention to all patients wait to weeks and if they feel they still have too much movement they almost always need more Dysport.
