I got Dysport injections on my forehead 2 weeks ago today and I’m experiencing a lot of pressure/heaviness on my forehead that its causing me bad anxiety! It’s a scary feeling. When will I start to feel normal?
Answer: Heavy pressure. Thanks for your question. I suggest you contact your injector and be examined. Your pressures may not be related to Dysport, but only an appropriate examination and diagnosis can determine the next step. You may have the flu. Best wishes.

Answer: Dysport/Botox/Xeomin & Head Pressure-Results takes 1-2 weeks This isn't typical. It takes 1-2 weeks for final results with Dysport. If it persists, I recommend following up with your injector. If you're unhappy with your Dysport results, venus legacy can soften results. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Heavy forehead after Dysport Thank you for your question. One of several things might be going on. A small percentage of people do develop low grade headaches after Botox or Dysport is injected into the forehead area. However, these usually go away within a week. Another possibility is that a little more Dysport than your body needed was injected, which can cause a feeling of heaviness. Sometimes, this can be improved by injecting into the muscles that pull the brows down and allowing them to pop up, which makes the forehead feel less heavy. Other times, the Dysport just needs to wear off. Usually, even if nothing is done, the feeling of heaviness goes away within a month of the initial injections. The third possibility is that this is not related to the injections, but that you have a viral illness or some other mild inflammation. I certainly think it is appropriate for you to follow up with your physician and be examined. They should be able to determine what is going on.

Answer: Forehead heaviness after Dysport treatment Some first time Botox/Dysport patients do describe a feeling of forehead heaviness for a week or so after their first treatment. However, almost all of them report the feeling subsiding after the first week or so. If you still have forehead heaviness after that, then it maybe that too high of a dose was used on your forehead. It will improve as some of the Dysport wears off.
