Why does the incision of a bull horn lip lift is more common to be made below the nostrils and not inside although it looks way better if made inside the nostrils? If made inside does it distort the nostrils or make the nose looks wider??

Thanks for your question on lip lift- a well done lip lift does not change the shape of the nose. The key is to suspend the lip from other tissues... If the lip is suspended from the nose... it will change the shape of the nose but a well done procedure will NOT change the nasal shape...
