I wish to do a Lip lift how much skin in your opinion should be removed for me to see a nice big change? (photos)

Its important to understand the goal of lip lift surgery. Mainly it is to shorten the distance from the edge of the vermillion to the base of the nose. This can improve facial balance if the lip is too long, It can increase the amount of teeth show and it can give a slightly fuller look to the  mid portion of the upper lip.  It can however make the lip look too short and even triangular if too much of the lip is removed so its best to be conservative. I generally recommend between 4-6 mm or not more than 25% of the total lip length. This is a common facial cosmetic procedure with a high satisfaction rate overall.

The discussion about how much to remove will take place after seeing you and considering the complete aesthetics of your face. Typically 5 to 6 mm is removed.
