Dear doctors i want to do a lip lift i ,im from america but i will fly were ever to do it, i want to see a big change in my lips as the distance from my nose and lips is quite far especialy since i had rhinoplasty ,also my top lip is so much thinner and shapless and not lifted! I want to do it but only to see a big fuller change For me to see a nice big change how much skin should be removed for it to be worth the procedure Thanks

It's possible that you are activating your chin muscles when trying to close your lips. This would create those dimples. I'd suggest having your lips examined. It's possible that a quick injection in the office could permanently help things.
