I'm very unhappy with the length of my upper lip and the distance between my nose and upper lip. I'm not particularly unhappy about the shape of my lips although I think I could use a little bit more volume. How many millimeters of skin would you recommend removing? I want a short philtrum as I think it would improve the balance of my face and look more youthful, but not so much that my upper lip is deformed or rabbit like. Thanks!
