I had a lip lift 6 months ago in November. I did not have any chin strain before the surgery, and now it's both very uncomfortable closing my lips and I also get dimples in my chin with my lips closed. Visually, there wasn't too much skin removed...the length looks just right. But, why am I having chin strain? Was the amount removed too much for me? I had botox put in and it helped a bit, but will I need it now for the rest of my life? Surgeon won't return any of my messages.
