I'll suggest you to continue with Fınasteride and Minoxidil up to a year. On the other hand you can start your PRP treatment. This way your results can be permanent.

In  my opinion, the combination of minoxidil and finasteride with PRP produces excellent results. I believe that the PRP will produce a larger response than adding low level laser. In a recent study, people who were using PRP got a 30% increase in the diameter of the hair shaft s.Provided that your hair loss is not been ongoing for more than 3 to 5 years, the chance of some  regrowth is good with adding PRP. If finances are not an issue, I'd recommend both.  PRP can get follicles that have stopped working within the past five years to start growing again, and laser can help increase density, as does minoxidil.  Finasteride is more for prevention of further hair loss, though sometimes you do get some regrowth.

I would recommend the addition of a series of PRP injections and low level laser therapy via an in-home device such as LaserCap, Capillus, LaserBand, etc. Platelet rich plasma (PRP) helps to promote healthy hair density due to the growth factors present. LLLT increases blood flow to the scalp and protein synthesis in the follicles resulting in thicker growth. PRP is a wonderful addition to this regimen.  It enhances hair growth.  You will need a series of several monthly treatments.  Find someone who performs the treatments regularly.

I would recommend PRP, with topical agents (like you are using) and a medical grade laser, for example Laser Cap.  When you combine all these modalities, you will get a better result.  Good luck.

If the goal is to grow hair ASAP, then by all means use every modality that has a good chance of working. Since you are already using two modalities (minoxidil and Finasteride), adding LLLT and PRP will improve the odds. Assuming this combo works - which will take at least 6 months to be certain - the next issue is whether to continue all four (there is a cost here) or drop one (which one?). If it were me, I would do all four for six months.

I think adding PRP will help regrow your hair in combination with minoxidil and finasteride. You need to have at least 4 PRP treatments every month.
