I am 23 years. I want more hair on the top of my head, and thicker. My looks is weak, and doesn’t look strong on the top of my head. When I was in age 10-19 I used many bad hair products, and came home after school and washed my hair with warm water to remove the wax. The wax were cheap and that’s why I bougth them. A huge mistake. And now I have damaged hair on the top of head, pictures attached. Also 3 picture of what I want to achieve. Which treatment should I do? Fue or more prp? Thanks!
Answer: PRP for hair growth PRP scalp injections work very well for hair regrowth by awakening the sleepy hair follicle. The plasma is injected 0.3 to 0.5mm deep and even within 4 weeks there is a thickening of hair on injected area. With all that said, it is recommended to do a minimum of 3 treatments, or a treatment a month for 3 months. You should have return to your provider to have pictures and better be able to tell if there was any new growth. Going 5 months without a treatment is not a good idea at all unless you had already benefited from the treatments. Stick to one treatment a month at least 3 times and I bet you will see a difference.

Answer: What treatment suits me best ? I took 1 PRP in September , and now 5 months later I don’t see big differences? To get any decent result with PRP you need a series of treatments preferably four or more a month apart and to expect results at the 6 month mark. So don’t be surprised you aren’t getting results. I would also combine your PRP treatment with topical agents and even laser therapy.

Answer: Options With only one PRP session you won't get a solid result. You would have to get the injections on a regular basis periodically. You can continue with your PRP ınjections or şf you are looking for a permanant solution you can consider FUE

Answer: PRP has variable results but should be repeated before you give up. A: First, don’t beat yourself up over your choice of products as a teenager, they are probably not to blame and just because they were inexpensive doesn’t mean they were bad. Genetics are usually to blame for male hair loss. PRP is a rather new medical therapy and we don’t yet know who responds best to it or how much a patient may respond. It’s definitely a safe alternative to surgery especially because you are young and your pattern of thinning is not established. As with any non-surgical treatment, it will require regular maintenance after the initial sessions have been performed. In our office we recommend 3 sessions initially then maintenance every 4 to 6 months. It is a good idea to consult with a board certified dermatologist if there is any doubt about the cause of your hair loss and your options for hair regrowth. Good Luck!

Answer: PRP PRP is very effective is done the allocated number of times. We suggest a minimum of around 4 treatments. Typically the hair cycle is about 12 weeks so only having one treatment is not going to be enough to see any changes. If you are looking at continuing with the PRP hair treatment then I would recommend having all 4 treatments
