Body Contouring
I am a long-time provider of Vaser Hi-Def Liposculpture treatments for men and women. Vaser liposuction is my favorite body contouring procedure because it works for almost everyone and creates a more toned appearance by tightening lax skin as it removes fat. The procedure combines traditional liposuction with ultrasound technology, to remove both deep and superficial fat deposits with less swelling than tumescent lipo. The technology allows precise control and the ability to truly sculpt the area around the muscles, by targeting specific layers of fat. At my practice in Williamsville, New York, I create a more athletic look for my patients that showcases the symmetry, form, and lines of the body.
Fillers and Other Injectables
I offer a variety of injectables to counteract signs of aging. Injectable fillers like Juvedérm, Radiesse, Sculptra Aesthetic, and Restylane instantly restore lost volume, smooth folds, augment lips, and contour the face and jawline, while neuromodulators like Dysport and Xeomin relax dynamic wrinkles and prevent new wrinkles from forming. At my office in Williamsville, New York, I customize each treatment to the individual patient, to create the smooth skin or facial contours they desire. While results are temporary, they can be both subtle and transformative, leaving refreshed and more youthful, without the need for expensive surgery or downtime.
Vaginal Rejuvenation
Smooth Solutions Medical Aesthetics was the first practice in Western New York to offer bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for menopausal women and andropausal men. We were also the first to offer ThermiVa for complete vaginal rejuvenation, including treating urinary incontinence, vaginal dryness, and painful intercourse. ThermiVa uses radiofrequency energy to rejuvenate collagen externally and internally, tightening and improving the look of the labial tissue. ThermiVa is a nonsurgical alternative to labiaplasty procedures that offers functional improvements, in addition to cosmetic enhancements—unlike labiaplasty, a painful surgery that only addresses the appearance of the external labia.

Dr. Jack G. Bertolino is a board-certified physician and the founder of Smooth Solutions Medical Aesthetics in Williamsville, New York. Passionate about cosmetic medicine, Dr. Bertolino specializes in body contouring, injectables, sexual wellness, and natural hormone replacement.
Dr. Bertolino founded Smooth Solutions Medical Aesthetics to help men and women minimize the effects of aging using the latest, most advanced technologies and aesthetic procedures. He is known for his precise technique and artistic eye for facial and body contouring, with both surgical and nonsurgical methods.
After completing his master’s degree in biochemistry at St. John’s University in New York City, Dr. Bertolino earned his medical degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York. He then completed a residency in general surgery at Fairview General Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio, followed by a family medicine residency at the University of Maryland Prince George’s Medical Center in Cheverly, Maryland.
Following his residencies, he was selected for a fellowship in geriatrics at SUNY Buffalo and a fellowship in functional medicine by the American Academy of Antiaging and Regenerative Medicine.
Dr. Bertolino is board certified by the American Board of Anti-Aging / Regenerative Medicine and is a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.
