I am a 22 yr old male and over the last year my hair got thinner, more so my hairline. I just finished my 3rd treatment of PRP for the hair and after 3 months, still can't see any noticible results. I am told to be patient as it can take anywhere from 4-6 months to see measurable results with the eye. I am curious about my hairline. There is still active hair growth but baby hairs, not what it used to be like and I'm wondering if PRP treatments I received will help this grow in length and thicken.
Answer: Will PRP grow my baby hairs on my hairline. ? PRP works best to reverse the miniaturized hair and strengthens the hair that you have. As long as your hair follicles are alive, PRP will help.

Answer: PRP for hair regrowth PRP hair injections should definitely create an improvement on hair growth. It may take more than one treatment in your case but commit to it and the benefit will be noticeable as time goes on. You should also be taking some hair growth vitamins. Nutrafol is a great choice as far as vitamins to add to the success of your procedure. Find out if your provider mixes a tiny amount of Calcium Gluconate with Plasma. This Calcium activates the plasma once is injected enhancing your results.

Answer: Is PRP regrowing my hair? Good quality PRP will increase hair density 50% in 6 months. However, this does not mean your hair will return to it's long normal length. However, this is possible because good PRP promotes anagen. Unfortunately, many clinic use PRP kits that are not really PRP. It is doubtful you will respond to these cheap imitations for PRP. Once the hair gets to a certain degree of miniaturization, nothing seems to bring those follicles back, though we have seen outstanding results from topical finasteride compounded in Italy recently. You have to remember the primary value to PRP is to keep the follicles in anagen or the growing phase. Once the follicles move into the telogen or resting phase, inflammation begins and continues for the entire time the follicles rest (months). this inflammation over time wipes out stem cells so that follicles cannot regenerate any longer. Once this happens, the follicles are lost forever. With good PRP you are trying to keep the follicles alive as long as possible. Remember, the follicles behind these on the hairline are the ones you are trying to protect. The ones on you hairline may be too far gone to see much benefit from PRP.

Answer: Be patient... It's good that you're getting after this situation so young. I think you need to be patient and make sure you're doing other things to improve hair growth. You should consider Minoxidil and talk to a specialist to see if an androgen blocker can help. In the future, you will likely need more treatments as hair loss is a lifetime issue. Good luck. Answer: PRP for hair loss Hello. I would suggest you give your treatments a little longer before determining that you have not responded. I also recommend 6 monthly treatments followed by 1 treatment every 3 months after that. You should definitely be on a protocol including the Viviscal marine supplement and perhaps even prescription topicals or medications or hormonal therapy, depending on the situation. Not everyone responds to this treatment but many do. Good luck!
