Q: Am I balding or is this normal? Options? (photos)
I see nothing alarming in the two photos you include. Have there been any changes in the appearance of your hairline? Have you noticed it thinning, or has it always been like this? If this is the way it has been all along, there are no treatments short of a hair transplant that will get hair to grow there. If the hair is actually thinning, you'd be better served with an in-person evaluation to get a diagnosis.
Q: How many more grafts can be extracted for my revision hair transplant? (Photos)
Your donor area will need to be evaluated in person. If 4500 grafts were indeed removed (as opposed to 4500 hairs) you may not have much donor hair left.
Q: Would it be okay to use a gradual hair shampoo dye after alopecia areata?
Coloring your hair should not have any adverse effects on your recovery from alopecia areata. It's never a bad idea, however, to check with the physician who has been treating you as he/she will know the specific details about your condition
