I ask because rejuveness sheets are supposed to last 3 months, however, some areas of the sheet are no longer tacky after only 6 weeks.
Answer: Scar Away silicone gel Thanks for your inquiry. It will not hurt to try using both products, but it is probably redundant.Silicone is a great medium for the scar to heal in, but using more silicone does not necessarily provide a better effect.

Answer: Silicone sheets? It is common for scars to fully mature for up to a year. In the meantime, there are a few things that may help to ameliorate your incision/scar. The most proven (as well as cheapest) modality is simple scar massage. Applying pressure and massaging the well-healed scar has been shown to improve the appearance as it breaks up the scar tissue, hopefully producing the finest scar as possible. Other things that have been shown to add some benefit, albeit controversial, are silicone sheets, hydration, and topical steroids. In addition, avoidance of direct sunlight to the incision will significantly help the appearance as they tend to discolor with UV light during the healing process. If unsightly scars are still present after approximately a year's time, other things that your surgeon may consider are intralesional steroid injections, laser, or just surgical revision of the scar itself. Your application regimen likely won't hurt, but probably more than needed. Hope that this helps! Best wishes for a wonderful result!

Answer: Silicone gel & breast sheets I don't think it will hurt you in any way. But I also think it's probably overkill and a waste of money. I would choose one and stick with it. My best, Dr. Sheila Nazarian @drsheilanazarian on Instagram

Answer: Scar Management Products Post Breast Surgery #Healing will continue for 2-3 months following your breast procedure(s) as the #scars will be evolving. If my patients have concerns that something is unusual about their healing process, it is important for them to call the office and discuss these concerns or come in to be examined. Also some severe scars can be treated with re-excision, laser, kenalog/5-FU injections, creams, silicone strips and other methods to reduce and improve healing. Additionally, scar therapy with scar maturation products (e.g. BioCorneum or Embrace) are suggested for managing scars. However, we recommend you begin usage of scar improving products a few weeks following your #BreastLift and, or #BreastAugmentation surgery.

Answer: It seems redundant Breast lift scars tend to heal very well with silicone gel and compression bras (worn for first month). Although you likely not do any harm I do think it is redundant to do double silicone treatment...more is often not better. I would keep it simple and choose the one treatment that you tolerate best.
