Hi there, I am considering getting a sternum (under breast) tattoo (see attached picture for example), but I have fairly generous breasts (10E or 12DD). I am not happy with the natural shape of my breasts as I feel they sag and one day hope to get a breast lift. If I decide to get a sternum tattoo similar to the example photo, will the design be distorted by a mastopexy?

It takes time for your incisions to heal and the skin to smooth out. Discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon, but what you are describing isn't uncommon. My best,
