There is really no way to lift breasts without surgery. You can invest in a great bra which will give your breasts a nicer appearance when clothed. But naked, your only options would be a breast lift or reduction. Thanks fro your question.  Based on your photos, you best option would be a breast lift/reduction.  Unfortunately, there are no realistic options to improve your breast size e and shape without surgery. By definition, a breast reduction will leave scars.  That being said, I find that most women are accepting of the scars and are overall very pleased with the results.  Breast reduction has one of the highest satisfaction level of plastic surgery procedures.  Meet with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss your options.  Best Regards.

From your photos, your non-surgical option is only acceptance.....unless you wish to move to an environment where there isn't any gravity.  Even if you gained a great deal of weight to make your breasts fuller, hoping that would lift them, that would probably just make a bigger version of what you have.  I would imagine that is not what you seek!!  The only other option is re-incarnation, unfortunately, hoping this doesn't happen in the next life.  Try fixating on the concept that you have the size so many others want......and go through surgery to have augmentation to get that......instead of on your shape.

Women´s breast change and normally get saggy after weight loss, pregnancy, breastfeeding, hereditary, aging, etc. This procedure raises the breasts by removing excess skin and tightening the surrounding tissue to reshape and support the new breast contour. Breast Lift could be done with or without implants. If you want your breast to look perkier and have upper pole fullness, I recommend it with implants. Hope this helps. Good luck.
