My breast are 34DD and have plenty of breast tissue. I'd like upper pole fullness without an implant. I want a breast lift, but I don't want my breast any bigger; I'd actually like them a cup size smaller. Can I get a breast lift & achieve some upper pole fullness? Will I lose a cup size? I'm 5'2" and weigh 135lbs. I would travel anywhere in the USA to find a Dr who specializes in a breast lift with upper poll fullness & without an implant. Thank you in advance for your time & answers.
Answer: Can I achieve upper pole fullness with a breast lift? I do not want implants Hi Kristie,Thank you for your question and photos. You are wise in not desiring implants as they add another set of risk and complications when combined with lifts and down the line. Your skin and breast tissue appears to be of good quality to obtain a beautiful result using the Ultimate Breast Lift method which does not require breast implants for upper pole fullness and has completely eliminated the vertical component associated with traditional lifts that end up weakening the lower skin envelope. Ideally, it is best to reduce breasts that are too large to fit your chest. Otherwise, they can flare out from the sides and that does not look esthetically pleasing. In addition to improved shape and position, the weight of the breasts is transferred to your chest muscles to minimize the pain associated with larger breasts and keeps them in place for years to come. Best wishes and kind regards,Gary Horndeski M.D.

Answer: Breast reduction Given the fact that you want to go down in size, I would recommend a breast reduction. Schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area (look for ones on the American Society of Plastic Surgeons website) whose breast reduction work you like. Answer: Upper pole breast fullness without an implant HI Kristie, I think that you can have some upper pole fullness without an implant. Your tissue appears firm, and Ithink that with a moderate reduction, you can have some breast tissue transferred into the upper pole.I think that implants will give you more, but they come with additional issues and more surgeries in the future. Overall, you can have a firm look with a reduction and transfer of tissue to the upper part of your breast. You should visit a board certified surgeon in your area to discuss the various options.Best,Dr. Christine Rodgers

Answer: Can I achieve upper pole fullness with a breast lift? I do not want implants Thank you for your question and series of photographs. Though a breast lift will help reduce your overall size, and will supply some improvement in position, it is unlikely to result in discrete upper pole fullness due to the weight of your glandular tissue. In order to accomplish your goals you would need to have a large reduction performed with subsequent placement of implants to have the best chance of long-term upper pole fullness. Hope that this helps.

Answer: Can I achieve upper pole fullness with a breast lift? Hi, thank you for your question and photos. If you don't want implants, your best option would be a mastopexy and fat grafting to the upper poles. I would recommend the lift/small reduction you want first. Once the selling goes down, you can choose to have fat transfer to upper poles to increase the fullness.Good luck.
