Why isn't the edge of my nipple attaching to the skin on my breast? It has not attached at all since lift. (Photo)

There is a section of my incision that has not mended (adjacent to the bruise). Hard to tell from the photo but the nipple has not attached to my breast skin has and the skin appears to be overlapped over my nipple making it look like my nipple edge is crooked. The rest of my incisions on both breasts have completely closed. I'm 8 days post op from implant revision and donut lift. Appt with PS not for 6 more days and I'm worried.
