Hello  The difference between the two implant sizes is not huge-roughly 10%  More important considerations are the natural dimensions of your original breast structure and the amount of support that your breast tissue provides.  In general, you want to avoid a situation where you keep increasing the size of your implants, as this may thin out the natural breast structure.  Also consider strategies that provide the best chance of avoiding additional capsular contracture.  Best of luck.

There is a 60 cc difference in volume and unlikely a big difference in dimensions. Go with what you and your surgeon agree upon.
