Follow up question mastopexy revision 10 days post op If I have a revision, Must I have implants or a more adequate lift to achieve my desired look? See attached photo and realistically how soon can I have it done? Thanks

Thank you for your question.  You need to understand that your old implants were not "small", 575cc would be considered a fairly large implant for most patients.  In going to 800cc you have only added 225cc to what you already had but that is the largest implant that is available in the US r...

Hello,You'll need at least a 20% increase, or about 100 cc to make a modest difference, so 525 to 550 would probably make you happy. Best of luck!
