Lars Enevoldsen, MD

I had struggled with horrible back pain for a while. I am only 19 years old and it had really made it difficult to work and do normal every day activities. I was to the point I didn't even know what bra size I was and it was difficult to find one that fit me good and supported me. Dr. Enevoldsen was very professional, I felt extremely confident in my decision to have my reduction at Skinfinite solutions from the day of my consultation. He is very experienced and talented. I am impressed by his work. The nurses and all of the staff were so kind and very knowledgeable. I had 2 options to do the reduction without lipo or with lipo. I chose to have liposuction done for my reduction. I am currently a little over a week post op it is February 2023 and I just got my drains removed today. I will continue with updated photos through the process of my healing. The healing takes a while and I won’t have my exact result for several months or longer and I am excited to share my experience and the process.

So for reference I have no children and have never breast fed. I’ve also, luckily, never gained too much weight. That being said, I had NO boobs or any tissue to really begin with when I went in for my BA.
Ideally, I wanted 500 cc’s but due to my background, we couldn’t really get the size I wanted. But that’s okay, because Dr. Enevoldsen prioritizes his work, the safety of his patients and is very practical!
I chose the Ideal Implants (they’re no longer on the market from my understanding) and got 415cc’s. I went from an A to a Full C/D cup! I did over the muscle and the recovery was SO easy!! I would definitely go back to him. His staff is super friendly and are very informative!!
I had my BA April 26, 2023! Still hoping to go back and go bigger! They’re still settling but I love them!


(For reference I am borderline needing a lift on one boob >:/ )

So I had previously seen Dr. Enevoldsen for Brest implants in 2016 and he did an amazing job.
So I went back for 360 lipo in March of 2020. Unfortunately he advised against me doing my tummy. He said it would just make the skin more lose and if I wasn't done having children it wouldn't necessarily ruin my results of a Tummy Tuck, but it could alter them. (Which I finally have a consult for a TT in May)
I was still bothered about how I looked "boxy" so I opted for full back lipo, he took some of the fat that was taken out and put it in one butt cheek to help level me out as one butt cheek was smaller than the other (greatly appreciated).
I've always been so happy with my results, and I love how honest and transparent he is.

In my before photo I was 123lbs.
Day before surgery I was 145lbs and had a 34" waist, currently at 138lbs post op 2 years at 31" waist.
My weight has fluctuated a bit the last recent years, but I want to say in general from the full back lipo I went down 1 pant size.
Please keep in mind results vary from person to person, and mine took 6 months to REALLY come in. I also suggest to future potential patients to listen to your surgeon's advice for best outcome on results.

The only doctor I trust! I had my first BA when I was 19 years old (2000). I’m now turning 41 and going back for a breast lift with slightly larger implants. When I was 28 I did switch from the saline to silicone implant option. Dr. Enevoldsen has always been honest, kind, and he takes pride in his work. I’ve only been pleased and happy with the results I’ve had. After my lift/exchange in a couple weeks I will be excited to post updated pictures. After weight gain and loss back in 2015, my breast tissue began to slide away from my 500 cc silicone below the muscle implants. I will be switching to 585 cc with a Lilly pop lift in a couple weeks. I’m so afraid of scars and a lift in general. Dr. Enevoldsen is the only doc I would trust to do this procedure. I take his advice seriously And I appreciate his knowledge and expertise. He always taken my goals to heart, while advising me on what is best for my body and situation. He isn’t the type of doc who says whatever you want to hear, or do anything that would jeopardize is amazing reputation. I’m as thankful and grateful today as I was over 20 years ago! I can’t wait to post the journey!

So I waited about a week ( 6 days) before any updates. I was super sore. Ended up that both of my 8 year old implants were ruptured! I’m so glad Dr. E was my doc. He spent 4 instead of the scheduled 2 hours… cleaning, lifting and exchanging my implants. I woke up in a ton of pain. But I wasn’t using narcotics! Dr E worked on a schedule with me to make sure my pain was bearable. He did An amazing job. I still have the tape and drainage tubes. I’m down to about 40 cc of drainage per day. I can’t wait til the drains are gone. My breast are going to be beautiful I can tell. Tomorrow is my second apt with him. He wants to see me at a week just to be sure it’s all ok. It was a big surgery… and I totally feel cared for that he wanted to see that things are ok in my first and second weeks! :) I’ll post updated pics. But please excuse the tape and drains! As the weeks go bye I know they will only get better. I’m now afraid anymore… now I’m excited! Oh and I’m doing embrace scar therapy when it’s time!

It’s been 14 days since my breast surgery with Dr. Enevoldson. My pain is minimal and I can drive. :) I start my Embrace scar therapy today. His nurse advised me at day 14 to start. I have some swelling and some “ fluffing” and settling of the implant still. My scars are super minor even before any therapy. His incision work is amazing! I did notice my skin has some ripples, but that isn’t the implant it’s my skin swelling. It’s there even when I push my implant up when I’m doing my massages. I still have some like pulling pain around the base of my breasts.

I’m super happy with the shape, and how they feel and look already! Dr E also put me on special medications to help avoid capsule contracture in the future. He is very thoughtful of the process and does all he can to avoid any issues. It’s wonderful to actually have breast that I love again. This isn’t my first BA… so I know that over the next couple months my scar sights will soften under my skin and everything will “get into place”

I’m so so happy with my results. Left breast is 590 cc and right breast is 650 cc. I’ve always had one breast larger than the other. This is the most symmetrical I’ve ever been. :) and I like looking a little more on the natural side. :)

I will keep an eye one the rippling my skin is doing and keep up my massages and medications I was advised of.

My husband also loves my breast. It’s nice feeling proud and secure. Dr. Enevoldson is amazing. I wasn’t an easy case… ruptures… contracture… scar tissue… I was not symmetrical… but he took my case and turned it all into something wonderful! Im forever thankful.

I’ll update again around the three month mark after scar therapy is finished. Honestly he did so amazing with the incisions I probably don’t even need it. But I invested in it so I’ll do it: :)

Easier to see what an amazing difference. Before and 2 weeks post op. I am so thrilled with the results and I know from my experience with past surgeries…. My results will only get better. Thank you Dr. E for giving me my confidence back!!!!! :)

I’m about 30 days out from surgery. Breast implant exchange with anchor lift 595 cc left and 650 cc right. I love how I’m healing. My breast are the most symmetrical they have been in years! I haven’t been able to really use the embrace scar treatment system Bc my left breast had a couple places where I “spit” sutures. Dr. Enevoldsen had me come in the very day that I called with the suture concern. He relieved any worries I had and he gave me a plan of action that is working amazing. I’m healing very well. Even without any scar treatment my scars are healing well and fading. Once my suture areas completely close I will start the embrace. :) Dr. Enevoldsen did more than I could have ever dreamed. I love how soft my breast feel. How perky they are and where they sit on my chest. My goal was always to have a more natural looking appearance. In my 20’s I had the round boobs … I loved them then… but now what I have was my exact goal. I still have shooting pains. There was a ton of work he had to do removing scar tissue so I totally am patient with pains and discomfort and understand it’s a process! Any ripples from the first week have gone away. I couldn’t be more happy. And I’m extremely grateful to my surgeon… he truly is the best! :)

Amazing brand. They also offer sizing appointments online. :) wire free I can get away with a F but with wires I need a G. It’s nice to try on pretty bras but I’m still more comfortable in my post surgery bras. I love the RX bra and to sleep in the bra that the doctors office provided for extra side support. :)

Scars are even better. I’ll do 6 week scar pics. :)

My breast are healing perfectly. No more “spitting sutures”. It only happened to one or two of them. At 6 weeks scars tend to look a little more dark Bc of healing process… and I just took a hot shower so there is blood flow. I’m in love with the feel and shape of my breast. My scars are super thin and getting better everyday. I alternate between embrace scar sheets, and biocorneum scar treatment cream. I tend to use the cream more Bc it’s easier. I use bio oil and my actual breast to avoid any stretch marks. I wore my recovery bra the entire 6 weeks even to sleep. And I still tend to reach for my Rx brand bra. I’m super grateful everyday to my doc. This was a life changing surgery for me. I’ve noticed I feel better not having scar tissue build up and ruptured implants. It’s not just the appearance but I have more energy. I do love the way my breast look and feel. I don’t have any ripples or raised scars. ( thanks to Dr. E) I couldn’t be happier. Below are my six week pics.

I've been waiting for at least 5 years to do this. At 48 years old, after almost losing a child and a painfully long and drawn out divorce, my eyes were really aging. I was always being told I looked so much younger than 48, but my eyes were looking so tired. So I finally made the decision to just do it. So far, I'm pleased with the results. My right eye has developed a mild chemosis, but I'm starting eye drops now for that. Over all, the process has been smooth with very little pain or discomfort.

I spent close to 12 years researching. I was all over the map in size. I would go through phases of wanting them and then feeling a little guilty for it decide not to. I had my first consultation back in 2017. 350cc but the surgeon stated I had mild tuberous breasts. Fast forward to 2021, I had been seriously considering it again for about a year before scheduling a consult. I turned 30 in June and felt like now was a great time. Dr. E really knows his stuff. He noticed I had ribcage asymmetry. I had seen this since about 2015 and as I've gotten older I felt like it was worse. My left breast was noticeable more forward than my right and y right breast was also smaller. Due to my asymmetry he felt that different implant projections would not be appropriate. It took a little convincing when I was trying on sizers that I genuinely did not want larger implants. They tried to had me 350cc and I refused. I know a lot of women end up going big but, I just wanted to even them out. I spent my time in the "big ol' boobies" phase and now I wanted something more practical, still athletic, and something I could push up for cleavage! I am very pleased with my more conservative approach in size.

I have always had a smaller chest and for the most part didn’t mind. I sized as 32D/34C with Victoria secret. Always had a bit of a gap on my right breast in bras and push-up bras didn’t do much for me because there wasn’t much to push up as you can see in my before photos here, I did have some asymmetry with ribcage and my nipples aren’t even. My chest was small enough it wasn’t noticeable. For continued size reference, I wore a 6 in lululemon bras before surgery and a 4/6 in lululemon pants/shorts. I generally wore smalls in tops although the fit wasn’t always great with my height. Measurements: 34B 27.5W 40H

I started the morning as their first of the day. I was able to sit quietly and focus on my healing. I am a reiki master and so I spent a brief time in meditation before getting my IV. The staff was incredibly kind and calming. When it was time to move to the operating room, I was guided in and made comfortable. I think I joked about the lights and the next thing I remember was being groggy in the recovery room. I believe I was in and out for about 20 minutes. I had a nurse make small talk with me and I could tell I was still pretty drugged up. By the time my ride was there I was almost entirely alert and ready to go. I was almost antsy waiting for her. I had minimal discomfort. I had an appetite and surprisingly well adjusted post op. My post op appointment was quick and so grateful all looked well. They recommended a larger bra as the size provided was a little more snug on my incision than they liked to see. I think because of this I did get bruising on my left side breast area.

I started to see discoloration (bruising) show through on my left side. This had the smaller implant but I am left handed. I had some swelling still between my breasts. Overall I felt good and was taking the Tylenol during the day and a half of the stronger stuff at night if needed.

I drove about an hour and a half (3 hours total) to have dinner with my family. We found out my step mom was terminal the day before my surgery (June 9). I wasn’t sore and made sure to keep my movements slow. I did inquire with the nurse prior to making the drive to ensure I was ok to do so. I did end up taking a half of the stronger prescribed meds that evening.

I had my 1 week post op appointment. They noticed my right breast was a little tighter in the pocket than my left. I drive predominately with my right arm and I chalked it up to probably using it a little too much. Overall things looked great and I was given new massages and swapped my bandage for the incisions. I did see my acupuncturist 1 week post op as well. She didn’t go close to my incisions but did support my body in the healing process choosing points that correlate to the chest. Bruising started to fade fairly quick at this point. I did notice the nerve tingles and my incisions were starting to itch like crazy!!!! At on point I remember them itching so bad it hurt. Throughout my post op I would use my handheld infrared light device to assist in the healing. I didn’t realize how tight my chest was until things started to stretch and soften. I won’t lie and say I didn’t have doubts after surgery. I was on the fence and questioned if it was worth it. Sitting at the 3 month mark, I would do it again in a heartbeat. There was a moment I felt like it was a pretty big surgery for such a small change and why would I waste my time/money…. LOL it’s hands down one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. It was more than a small change. I didn’t anticipate them to feel so much a part of me. It doesn’t feel foreign or “bolted on”. I did go over the muscle so my recovery was a breeze. I didn’t feel the immense pressure most women express. I think that may be due to the size of my implants.

I know there’s a lot of women, especially taller and/or hippy-er, that get sucked into the “you’re taller so you can go bigger” or “you can balance out your hips” or a lot of the chatter with other women who talk about boob greed. I am here to tell you, go with your gut!!!! I am so thankful I didn’t allow other women and staff convince me that because I’m tall and have a bigger butt I should get bigger implants.
I was also going through an indescribable amount of emotional turmoil with my step mom. Her health took a turn for the worse and she passed away a month after my surgery. Physical trauma with surgery and the emotional trauma with the loss was a lot to navigate.
I started using the Celluma (red light therapy) around week 3 or 4 when I’d get acupuncture once a week. It really helped with the inflammation around my incision (especially the right one). My esthetician also had a similar product that she would use (2 times now as I go monthly) while she’s prepping my face during my facial. I think it’s made a huge difference in my healing!

I am so so soooooo happy with my results. They look great. I can get cleavage if I want. I can wear most all the same clothing as before. I do have to size up in a few styles. Lululemon most bras and align tank I’m now an 8. I do have a couple of 6s and removing the pads help but it was a little too much compression right now. Instead of being a smedium I’m more often a true medium or large depending on the cut of the bra. I haven’t checked all my shirts but, I do know there are a few that I’m too busty for. No complaints here
Victoria secret had me at a 36D or maybe DD… but I haven’t been sized since around the 5 week mark or so. I needed something more structured than a sports bra but without underwire. I can say they look a lot bigger in clothing than naked and I don’t mind that at all. I’m adding in a photo from this weekend. It isn’t a great photo or angle but it does kinda give an example of what I mean.

I am very happy with my results. I had my 350 cc silicone, above the muscle implants removed. I also had capsular contracture. They were in for 12 years. I replaced them with 700 cc silicone, above the muscle implants. I love my new breats! Very very happy with the size. Initially after surgery I was a little stressed thinking I had gone too big. I am 2 months post op and all the swelling is down and my breasts look amazing. Very happy.

Omg I'm so excited/scared/ anxious! My surgery will be a lift with no implants on 3/25/20!!!! I've wanted this for so long now. I'm 29 5'9" 170lbs with a 2&3 year old. My heaviest while pregnant was 255 and 230 not pregnant.

I've needed a lift forever and after having two boys back to back I finally went ahead and stared my journey. Here are my before and Ayers along with a minor complication I am dealing with(DON'T worry I'm fine and user my surgeons eat and care. So far he's not concerned and this is something hat happens to some patients.). Enjoy!

I first consulted with Dr. endevolsen 2 yrs ago wanting breast implants. He was my second consult. He said I needed breast lift before implant. I was slightly discouraged at first because I did not want the scar, but it was the only way. The difference between him and my first consult was that he felt a two part surgery would be best vs all at once. He said this was his preference allowing time for scarring to heal and to not add extra strain on the incision with a big implant. I healed so well. You can barely see my scars. I was so happy with them I did not return for two years. I was enjoying my perky small boobs! I got over that lol and went back for implants. Visit was short and sweet. Even though you hear under the muscle is best, dr felt I had enough tissue for over muscle. Reading about over muscle and profile differences etc really made me nervous and confused. I questioned why.. why over muscle? Why high profile? I realize now I just needed to trust him. He knew what he was doing. They look so good so far. I am sure they will only get better. All staff is so friendly. I visited two or three times after consult just to ask the same questions over and over and try on sizers! They were patient and would continue to re assure me. So glad it’s all over. I do recommend Dr. Endevoldsen!

Researched forever. Looked into recovery time, quality of the job and overall look. I finally after 2 years decided to go through with a breast augmentation. The staff and doctor were amazing. Zero pain got my procedure done on a Thursday afternoon and was walking around that evening like nothing and back at work by Monday. Price was a bit much however it was worth it. I don’t have time to go to Mexico or LA for a cheap boob job, so pay an extra $2k was worth it.
