Implants will usually add upper fullness to a lift. An exam and consultation with a/your plastic surgeon is recommended to discuss your options and expectations.
Thank you for your question. Each patient is different and its difficult to give exact recommendations without more information. If you have any sagging in the breasts, you will need a lift. Implants alone do not offer a lift, only volume. Please have a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon and undergo Vectra 3D Imaging to help you make your best decision. Breast of luck.

Thank you for the question but, without photographs or in person evaluation, online consultants will not be of much specific help to you. When the time is right, I suggest that you seek consultation with well experienced plastic surgeons who can demonstrate significant experience achieving the types of outcomes you would be pleased with. Then, I would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices concentrate on aesthetic surgery. ***Ask to see lots of examples of their work and preferably speak/see patients who have had similar procedures done.Once you have chosen your plastic surgeon carefully, it will be important for you to communicate her goals carefully as well. In my practice, I ask patients to use as many “visual aids”, such as goal photographs, during the communication process. Avoid the use of subjective terms; as you know, discussing cup sizes and/or terms such as “proportionate" or "C or D cup"… these terms can be confusing, since they may mean different things to different people. Working together you will come up with the best plan to achieve an outcome that you will be pleased with.I hope this, and the attached link (dedicated to revisionary breast surgery concerns), helps. Best wishes.
Thank you for your question. You need to understand that your old implants were not "small", 575cc would be considered a fairly large implant for most patients. In going to 800cc you have only added 225cc to what you already had but that is the largest implant that is available in the US r...

Generally speaking, gel implant feel better than saline implants. Salines tend to be very soft unless they are over filled. In a superficial pocket, this may lead to palpable wrinkles. The inspira gel implant is a good implant for what you have described, especially in the sub-mammary pocket.
