Switched out 850cc saline for 685cc gummy bears with small lift. Now they look flat and torpedoed?

Question

Being my third breast implant op, first one lasted 20 years over muscle, then 5 years ago switched over to 850 saline. Well one side was becoming hard so I recently (11 days ago), had "gummy bear" 685 with small lift under muscle. What pain!!! When I finally looked, I was stunned to see a flat, rounded, no cleavage look. I ended up getting a sports bra to push them together, even though they don't move. Is this normal?

Thanks for the question. Its early to talk about results.In my practice, after performing a BA I recommend to my patients to limit the movement of the arms for two weeks. After that, you can move your arms taking care and always with common sense. In this regard, it's not advisable to carry heavy weights to prevent the implant out of position, and allow the formation of the physiological capsule around the implant, also to avoid pain and breast swelling.Kind regards,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol.-

Because gummy implants are textured, a push up bra will not push them up and in as might occur with smooth round implants.
