Pioneering681300,Thanks for your question. This is dependent on the width of your chest wall (one side) and the amount of projection you desire. Biodimensional planning of a breast implant usually means that an extra-high implant will be less than 12 cm (implant maker dependent), and a high implant will be around 12 cm. The wider your chest, the more volume you can accommodate. These are all considerations that your surgeons takes into account to choose the best fit for your body type. Hope...
Hello, we should always follow the principle of risk versus benefit. If you have a problem with a suture the risk of taking it out is extremely small. You will have a small scar from the removal. The suture will not affect your results as the scar tissue you formed is what strengthens the previous repair not the sutures. Good luck.
Hello, If you have Undetectable HIV and a good CD4 Count as well as normal Blood Test results and a Normal Cardiologist Evaluation, BBL with Fat from Hips and arm fat transfer is definitely possible. Jaime Caloca Jr., M.D.
Based on your photos, you are a good result for for septoplasty and rhinoplasty. There is absolutely no reason to not correct the septal deflection. And yes, the surgeon will have to support your tip properly after this is done. But if he/she can't easily discuss this with you, then you should look elsewhere for a surgeon. Also, most rhinoplasty is done under general anesthesia, and if you are healthy, there's no reason not to do that. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.
Thank you for your question. Based on your photos, the best choice is a circumferential lower body lift (LBL) instead of a standard tummy tuck because LBL removes and lifts loose skin all around (abdomen, flanks, back, buttocks, outer thighs) and effectively flattens the front while lifting the back. Pair this with a breast reduction with a lift for your chest. Regarding the buttocks, many patients who have lost a lot of weight are poor candidates for BBL due to limited donor fat and lower...
Fotamat,Thanks for your question. After extensive scarring, the breast skin around the breast tissue will be quite tight. If you plan on excising the scar, you will eventually need to remove/reduce the breast tissue to allow the skin to close. So yes, you will end up with slightly smaller breasts.Hope that helps.
Grams and cc are comparable. Neverthless, with an evaluation of your photos or in person, we can determine not only the volume, but also the correct shape and projection of Breast implant to acheive the results that you are looking for. A pre-op photo if available will also be useful.
Hello, You do have some asymmetries with the right eye and eyebrow higher than the left. But if you like your brow position then keep it! You can have very nice Improvement by just removing the extra skin of the upper lids. Good luck.
Dear kias92,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Marionette lines, as these are called, are a real problem in facial aging. They occur due to multiple factors and can be addressed somewhat during a facelift although they usually require a bit more than that to truly be corrected. The best approach at this point would likely be a combination of skin care, and hyaluronic acid fillers for a non-surgical improvement vs a secondary facelift with fat grating to further correct them.
