Botched Aveli Cellulite Correction Surgery/Lipo/Sculptra - What Should My Next Steps Be? (Photos)

I had a cellulite procedure done w the Aveli tool 2 yrs ago. The Dr. ore-released too many septa bands . After 11, micro needling both sides of my outer highs, leaving me permanently worse off with uneven skin texture and huge protruding "lake effect" outward skin. I've done everything, red-light therapy, Morpheous 8, working out/trying to gain muscle to even out something/anyhting with what this awful dr. left me with. I got 2 other reputable correction surgeons who recommend either Lipo and fat grafting (which is supposed to be better/more predictable outcome) OR Sculptra (which doesn't sound promising, your waiting to see what happens, it doesn't dissolve, and can cause scar tissue, bumps, nodules.). I would appreciate any and all advice. For the record if you are a fit women around 40, do not let them do this to you, he over-released the septa bands and I look worse than when I went in. I should not have been approved to be a candidate. What a money pit. So unhappy.
