From the research I've done everyone is born with a certain number of fat cell. And rather than the fat cells multiplying, they just swell when we gain weight. So, why does a skinny person have to gain weight for a bbl? Won't they have the same number of fat cells either way? Are they just easier to grab when they're larger? And also with the lipo 360 will the fat cells I get sucked out ever return? Giving me a more toned look even with subtle weight gain. Thank you.

Answer: BBL candidate Dear Nice4671, generally speaking, you want to reach your goal weight before you consider a BBL surgery, otherwise your results will be suboptimal if you continue to lose weight after the surgery. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: BBL Hello, thanks for your question. It's not a good idea to gain weight before having a BBL. You must have the fat deposits enough to fat transfer to the buttocks. If you are too slim for that, you can have implants with great results too. Consult a plastic surgeon in your area for a physical exam. Good luck!
