From the research I've done everyone is born with a certain number of fat cell. And rather than the fat cells multiplying, they just swell when we gain weight. So, why does a skinny person have to gain weight for a bbl? Won't they have the same number of fat cells either way? Are they just easier to grab when they're larger? And also with the lipo 360 will the fat cells I get sucked out ever return? Giving me a more toned look even with subtle weight gain. Thank you.

Hi, thank you for sharing your question. Based on this photo alone, you should be able to achieve a good BBL result with good projection, volume and shape.
Unless you have a deficiency in any of those substances taking extra amounts has no added benefit.
For example if someone has iron deficiency anemia then taking iron will bring up their blood level. If the anemia is not related to iron deficiency then taking more iron will not create more blood...
