Are twilight anesthesia and local okay for lower bleph, if patient is very scared and nervous?

Hi, I am meeting with a doctor that performs lower eyelid surgery under local and twilight anesthesia. I stupidly watched the surgery performed on online, and there is no way I want to know what's going on. I am scared I'd panic during the procedure. Is there anyway I'd be aware enough to panic?

The upper eyelid on the side with the higher eyebrow is droopy called eyelid ptosis. See an oculoplastic surgeon for evaluation.
