Best radiofrequency or laser treatment for malar bag/festoon/midcheek groove?

Question

I know the lower lid blepharoplasty and the fillers are the best to threat this, but my festoons are not that bad I think, sometimes it's like a line on my cheek and sometimes it is puffy, but it is always noticeable. I'm 21 years old, so I wouldn't like to have surgery or fillers. I read a lot about radiofrequency and laser treatments, but I don's know which would be the best for me. Thank you for advance.

Nothing gets rid of festoons, sometimes surgery is needed and sometimes fillers, lasers, microneedling/PRP can help improve it.  Please see an expert. We also advocate long term exilis ultra or venus legacy or thermi250 treatments.  Best, Dr. Emer.

A lot depends on your skin type, but the greatest degree of tightening and improvement comes from resurfacing this area. Optimal, full resurfacing comes with about 10-12 days of downtime. Fractional options give less improvement but can give some with only 3-5 days downtime.
