How to improve uneven eyes - maybe caused by crossbite? (photos)

Hi. The right side of my face is lazy causing my right eyebrow and eye being higher than the left. I'm not sure if it's because of crossbite that I have, or my habit to chew on the right side for years. I also noticed the right side of my face being bigger than the left. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!! Thank youQ

The upper eyelid on the side with the higher eyebrow is droopy called eyelid ptosis. See an oculoplastic surgeon for evaluation.

Uneven upper eyelids can be caused from several things. Differences in the size of the orbital bones can cause the eyeball to project more of less than the other side. Differences in the strength of the muscles of the forehead or the nerves that supply the muscles that elevate the eyebrow, and even how we pose when relaxed. Sometimes it is due to which side we sleep on. Some difference in the height of the brow is more normal than perfectly symmetric eyebrows. Adjustments in the brow position can be done to some extent with Botox injections, brow lifts, or less often with orbital bony adjustments. A specialist in facial plastic or oculoplastic surgery can evaluate your concerns and give you recommendations for what will give you the best result.
