Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire back, waist and flanks liposuction, with BBL, and tummy tuck, this is because all the extra skin located in this areas plus your abdominal muscle needs to be repaired. Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. For us your safety, always, is going to be first.

First of all congratulations on your weight loss. In my experience liposuction of the flank or hip region, especially if done from the prone position, can greatly accentuate the overall trunk appearance after a tummy tuck of any type. Even if you lose more weight, you cannot spot reduce this area like liposuction is able to do. If you can afford it, go for it.

Absolutely have the liposuction the flank area.  Even if you lose significant weight after surgery the subcutaneous fat in the flank areas is very very difficult to lose.  In addition closing the abdominoplasty incision creates "dog ears" in that area and the liposuction can help remove them.

I think almost everyone benefits from liposuction of the flanks (iliac area) with an abdominoplasty.  People who don't get this tend to have a flat abdomen with too much excess on the sides and back because this area seems to get magnified by the flatter abdomen even though it would be the same size as before surgery.  98% of my abdominoplasty patients choose this option to get an optimal result.
