From the photos that you have provided it appears that you can certainly have several of the features of the nose that you desire which I assume is on the contoured and photo filtered model in the profile photo you have also provided. I answer your question in this manner because though you can have a smaller upward rotated nasal tip, it is important to understand that like your fully make up photo, her photo is equally altered and realistic expectations are delivered without makeup, when you tend to spend the most time analyzing your nose.
Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos , Your wish can be realized with a single operation. For this I recommend you a rhinoplasty surgery. It would be better face to face consultation.Best regards!
If you have severe dissatisfaction with your nasal appearance for a long period of time, please consider consulting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialist who offer computer imaging. I believe that the results you are looking to achieve are possible, however, it should be something that's bothering you a lot since rhinoplasty surgery is the surgery of millimeters and you have a nice nose. Thank you for your question. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
Hi from Istanbul! Yes, you could achieve a nose with similar proportions. By slightly lengthening and narrowing the tip cartilages of your nose and reducing any small hump on the bridge, you can attain a similar result. But keep in mind that each person's anatomy is different and no surgeon can guarantee a specific type or shape of nose. If you can pick a surgeon whose previous work you appreciate, you can trust that they will sculpt the best shape that will meet your goals and fit your current facial features. Best of luck to you.
Hi , During the consultation the surgeon discuss the outcome and results after examination to be more accurate. It is better for you to consult with a facial plastic surgeon who can examine you and discuss the surgical procedure and the post op recovery process.
Yes, with a rhinoplasty it is possible to create a very similar shape. I would go see a board-certified plastic surgeon (with plastic surgery residency and aesthetic fellowship training) for a 3D preoperative consultation. This way the rhinoplasty can be simulated prior to the surgery to provide the patient a proper visual of the potential outcome.
There is no doubt that in the experienced hands of a board-certified plastic surgeon expert in rhinoplasty, you may expect significant improvement. Although the nose of this model may be the desired goal, nobody can guarantee that your nose will look the same on your face. Many surgeons who perform a significant number of rhinoplasties have 3D simulation software that can help you see projected results and understand the benefits and limits of rhinoplasty. Hope this helps.
Her nose has a lower bridge than yours, with a little bit of a scoop, which is totally fine. And her tip is a little bit wider than many people might like, but Marilyn Monroe had a rather wide-ish tip. But her nose is long-ish, impinging on the ilp, and taking up a big percentage of the vertical height of her face.Your nose is naturally shorter than hers, which is good. You have some width to the tip, so if you like Cindy's nose, we'd be conservative in changing that at all. Finally, your bridge is higher than hers, so that would be lowered, tailoring it to the tip of your nose. How *much* to lower the bridge, or possibly narrow the tip, or make other changes? We figure that out with morphs, well before surgery. I'd love for you to see some excellent professionally-designed morphs of what could possibly be done with your nose. Morphs could also help you identify better just what's bothering you, and help you set a goal for the rhinoplasty that's accurate for your tastes. Profile and three-quarter views would be particularly important in morphing your nose. (Side note: in my opinion, morphs should really be done by the surgeon, or he should direct an assistant as she makes the morphs. Morphs should be made with a constant eye to what actually *can* be done in surgery, for that particular nose, and the surgeon has that information and judgment best.)Finally, remember that rhinoplasty is an exquisitely difficult operation to get right, and you should only have surgery if you are able to make yourself very confident in your surgeon's skills. The changes that your nose needs require advanced techniques, and skill that most plastic surgeons don't possess with expertise. It's much better to not have surgery than to have inexpertly-performed surgery. Read my essay on how to stay out of trouble while selecting a rhinoplasty surgeon. And it also discusses how to take photos that are best for online evaluations.
Thank you for your question. You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty. I think it is one of the most beautifying surgeries that we do as plastic surgeons. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery. It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. Also, critically evaluate on-line galleries to see if their art form resonates with yours. Rhinoplasty is definitely a grey haired plastic surgeon's sport. You should be able to have an excellent result. Best wishes to you.
I think it is a good idea to show your surgeon the result you want from your rhinoplasty. I think you could get some aspects of that type of nose. Obviously not exactly
