Absolutely the best doctor that I have ever been to. You are seen in a very timely fashion and never feel rushed when you are being taken care of. Everyone in his office is compassionate and caring. I am so glad a friend of mine recommended Dr. Landon, he is the best!
I had an excellent experience with Dr.Landon and his staff. He is so patient and caring . He answers all of your questions . I had a breast reconstruction on the same day as my lumpectomy , which if it hadn’t been for him , I would not have known that was an option .I was very happy with the result and had very little pain . After 2 weeks I was back to work. I would highly recommend him . I have also had lipomas removed as well with no down time.
Dr Landon is fantastic! The office is beautiful and very clean. His bedside manner is the best I have ever had. Dr Landons knowledge, patience and kindness make him a five star doctor. I rarely post reviews, but he very much deserves it! Highly recommend!
Dr. Landon is a an extremely talented plastic surgeon. He removed a large cyst behind my ear and I no one can see any scar. He has biopsied several basil cells from my face and it didn’t hurt. He is extremely thorough. He has also treated me cosmetically for age related lines and wrinkles. Everyone I tell that I have been using him for this are amazed that they wouldn’t have known if I didn’t tell them. This speaks volumes to his ethics and his skill level. He shows you every bottle of the product he is using with the name of it, expiration date. He fills the injectable in front of you and places it on a sterile surgical tray right in front of you and notes what each syringe is for. No other plastic surgeon or dermatologist I have been to has ever done that. It gives me great confidence knowing what is actually being put in my skin. He takes thorough pictures of your entire face and puts marks on where he is going to inject. Truly, truly one of a kind doctor who takes this kind of time and is actually more reasonable than anyone else I’ve been to. I wouldn’t go to anyone else ever again for anything I may need done medically or cosmetically.
Dr. Landon is so thorough and explains everything . I had an amazing experience and trust me , I would not say that about any other Dr. I have been to. He is such a kind man who truly loves what he does and takes such pride in his work. He is truly a needle in a haystack. I would highly recommend him .
I had Abdominal Reconstruction Surgery. I had a hernia, the size of my stomach. I also had Diastasis Recti. I had surgery on January 30th and was back to work within 6 weeks. The outcome of my surgery is amazing. The incision looks absolutely perfect. Dr. Landon is absolutely the greatest person I've ever met. He is such a kind, warmhearted, caring person. I was extremely nervous prior to seeing Dr. Landon. He made me feel so comfortable. He spends as much time as you need with him. I've never had a doctor before that explained every detail of my cat scan. Dr. Landon takes so much pride in the work that he does. There is never a time that I can't call him and talk to him. He makes you feel like family. You know that he really cares. I am so happy with the way everything has turned out. If you need a plastic surgeon, I would definitely suggest you contact Dr. Landon.
Dr. Landon is absolutely magnificent. The quality of care and pride he takes in his work is admirable and an exemplary quality of a good doctor. Dr. Landon is willing to go the extra mile for his patients as he did for me. I had a bad facial trauma and not a little over one month later I have practically no scarring and can hardly tell this accident ever happened to me. Dr Landon's professional work will be with me for the rest of my life and I could not be happier with my choice at South Shore Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. Landon is attentive and takes his time explaining what needs to be done and how. I have had numerous skin cancers removed and would not trust anyone else. I had 3rd degree burns on my shin from a Dermatologist office trying to get a Mohs surgery to stop bleeding. Dr. Landon closed the wound and it is barely noticeable now.
Dr. Landon is AMAZING! He is kind, patient and thorough. He takes his time to make you comfortable and answer any and every question you have! I went in very self conscious of a mole I had on my nose. It would frequently change color and sometimes bleed. I waited so long to do something about it because I am terrified of needles and have a very low pain tolerance. Dr. Landon waited to start until I was calm and talked me through every step of the procedure. I am a year out from having my mole removed and you cannot even notice a scar. I get facials often and the aesthetician couldn't find a scar looking at my face under a light.
Dr.Landon is the most compassionate, professional and gifted surgeon I have ever met. Skin cancer biopsies and removal, cosmetic procedures, breast cancer follow up and surgery, are some of the procedures Dr. Landon has performed on my friends, my husband and myself. I will never go to a dermatologist for a five minute exam ever again. Dr. LANDON spends so much time with his patients, performing exams, procedures and educating them. Dr. LANDON is truly an amazing surgeon and lovely person.
Hello and thank you for your question! By doing fat grafting to the cheeks you could get a subtle lift in the mid and lower face, thus smoothing out the nasolabial folds to an extent. This is absolutely a good option to take, alternatively you could have the fat graft placed directly in the area of the nasolabial folds to smooth them out without effecting the rest of the facial structure. Based on the picture you provided, a face lift would be premature if the only issue you are having is with the nasolabial folds. As always, it would be best to seek out an in-office consult with a plastic surgeon to best evaluate what procedures and techniques would best work for you and your desired aesthetic goals. Hope this helps!
Hello and thank you for your question! Between the fat transfer, canthopexy, and buccal fat removal, I think you are looking for a substantial change to your face. Based on the picture you provided and concerns you mentioned, I think starting with fat grafting to the cheeks/mid-face could provide you with a decent step towards your desired outcomes. If you still are looking for further changes after the fat transfer, then you should look into next steps, however starting with just the fat grafting and going from there could provide you with a good base. As always, it would be best to seek out an in-office consult with a plastic surgeon to best evaluate what procedures and techniques would best work for you and your desired aesthetic goals. Hope this helps!
Hello and thank you for your question. Based on the picture you provided, fat grafting to the cheeks, mid-face and under eye hollows could benefit you in regard to adding some fullness to the face if that is your goal. Injectables, such as dermal fillers, could provide you with a good idea of what you'd look like prior to the more permeant fat grafting, which would be a good start on your aesthetic journey. As always, it would be best to seek out an in-office consult with a plastic surgeon to best evaluate what procedures and techniques would best work for you and your desired aesthetic goals. Hope this helps!
Hello and thank you for your question! Your smile lines, or nasolabial folds, could be improved through a few different modalities. As you've already said fillers are out of the question for you, I think low volume fat grafting to this area could see some good improvement towards the goals you are looking to achieve. Additionally, PRP Microneedling could provide some improvement if you do not want to go as invasive as fat grafting from the start, but overall fat grafting could help you get the results you seem to looking for. As always, it would be best to seek out an in-office consult with a plastic surgeon to best evaluate what procedures and techniques would best work for you and your desired aesthetic goals. Hope this helps!
Hello and thank you for your question! I think the plan to try filler first prior to going with fat grafting is a very sensible idea. There are not many procedures where you can do a "trial run" first like fat grafting after filler, so we definitely recommend doing so to see if the corrections/enhancements you are looking for can be achieved, and more importantly if your expectations can match what is ultimately doable.
