I’m 22 year old female. I have oily skin. My nose has thick skin. I would appreciate honest suggestions about my nose. I am content with my nose’s side profile. It’s the front view, I would like to see the enhancement in.

 As far as I can see from your photos your skin structure looks thick, but it does not prevent you from having surgery, the recovery period will take longer than normal skin, but your wishes can be realized with a single rhinoplasty operation.

Based on the photos you provided, I agree that you are a good candidate for narrowing the tip and nostrils. One aspect that stands out is your columella (the skin between the nostrils), which appears slightly retracted where it meets your upper lip. When narrowing the tip and base of your nose, it's important to address this aspect to prevent a hooding appearance over the columella. This is a finer point that an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon would be aware of.

To answer your question about the extent to which your nose can be narrowed, I would note that the upper half of your nose has a good shape and a complementary width for your face. Therefore, the narrowing should ideally focus on the lower half of your nose, with a complementary refinement to the upper half as a reasonable expectation.

Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement.
