I can’t even start ti explain how amazing my experience has been with Dra. Najar and her associates. I traveled from Kansas City, Missouri and was beyond scared when I walked in the hospital. This was my 11th surgery in my life and the first one outside of the U.S. As soon as she walked in the hospital room for the mark up, I started to breathe a little easier. She spent so much time talking to me asking questions, making me feel at peace. From the moment I woke up after surgery, I knew I made the right decision. Dra. Najar and another doctor from her practice came to check on me nearly every day of my stay in the recovery center. I watched patients of other doctors that had to go to see their surgeon once or twice while mine came to me more than twice as many visits. I have been home for two weeks now and she checks in frequently to follow up and make sure things are going well. I would not let another doctor perform plastic surgery on me after this experience. She and her team are amazing, caring, and go above and beyond for their patients. For the first time in my life, I look in the mirror and smile at what I see. I would recommend Dra. Najar and her practice to anyone wanting to transform their bodies into something that makes them smile when they look in the mirror.

I’m almost 8 weeks post-op and I can honestly say Dr. Najar gave me exactly what I asked for. In the beginning, when you’re swollen, it’s hard to see the final outcome — but as I’ve healed, my body has transformed into the exact shape I wanted. My incisions are incredibly smooth, and the results are so natural and balanced. I received a BBL, lipo 360, mini tummy tuck, and breast lift with implants. Both Dr. Najar and her partner Dr. Arturo were extremely professional, warm, and supportive throughout the entire experience. The communication before and after surgery has been amazing. I can still text Dr. Najar with any questions and she replies right away. While I was at the care home, she visited me multiple times in person and checked on me regularly. Karina, the coordinator, was also wonderful. She made sure every part of my stay was planned out so I didn’t have to stress about anything. I don’t speak Spanish, but the clinic and the Zen Care Home staff are very used to this so communication was easy. Overall, I had a great experience and highly recommend Reborn.

From beginning too end, Dr najar and her team were, amazing, attentive, and patient and understanding. She gave me exactly what I asked for. I'm healing amazingly.I had no problems , no openings , no issues. I understood her English perfectly, her staff.All speaks perfect English.Even the care hospital that she recommends everybody spoke very well. The transportation was on point they were on time , they were professional. Everything from start to finish went beautifully.I would recommend her to anybody in everybody that asks. During the process everywhere that I visited was immaculately clean. I never felt unsafe or uncared for.

10 out of 10 experience! I had buccal fat removal and neck liposuction. Friendly staff never felt pushed into anything I didn't want. Their office was in a nice location, never felt unsafe. Their prices are unmatched specially in California.

I’m a weightloss patient I’m a weightloss patient, I had a gastric sleeve in 7/2021. Went to another surgeon in Matamotos in 7/2023 and got an extended tt, lipo 360, chin lipo, and an arm lift. My first surgery I weighed 255lbs. I had 2 large openings in my arms which caused excess scar tissue. I lost 50 pounds and wanted to get revised surgery to fix my previous tummy tuck and arm lift. I found Dr. Najar and started viewing all of her surgeries and her results with before and after and then reached out to her coordinator to get a quote. Sent her the deposit via bank transfer and booked my date 6/17/25. You need your passport when traveling to Mexico. When I arrived on 6/16/25 I was picked up at San Diego airport and then didn’t need a passport to enter at the Tijuana boarder (but needed it leaving). I was taken to the recovery center and waited for the blood tests, ekg, & weigh in. Once confirmed I waited to get picked up the next morning to be taken to the surgery center at 6am. Once I was there got my IV and changed into my gown. doctor (not Dr. Najar) came to go over the paperwork and paid the remaining in cash. I have lipedema and my calves are big so the largest compression socks don’t fit had to wrap my legs (recommend bringing a pair if you know you can’t fit. Xl compression socks. Dr. Najar came in and took some pictures/videos and then did her markings. Then go time. Due to my previous surgery Dr. Najar had to do a modified 360 where she recommended a FDL (that will be my next round) so she didn’t lift my tummy area or relocate my BB so she was able to lipo under my breast area. She removed the excess skin and mons lift in the front. The back was a full back lift. 9.3lbs were removed from my lower body lift. Lipo 360 performed 4,300ml of fat removed and processed for BBL and breast fat transfer. Brachioplasty (arm lift) and vertical Torsoplasty removed 4.3 pounds. The torsoplasty was to remove side fat. Woke up and no pain then next day went back to the recovery center. Posted I received 2 lymphatic massages, Botox from Dr. Moncayo, recovery center I had a facial and pedicure done. Dr. Najar visited me twice before I left on 6/24/25. Was on pain meds till day 5 and when I took the plane home. After that ibuprofen 800 only. Unfortunately due to my scar tissue from my previous surgery my arms had openings and went to wound care from 7/2-8/27. Dr. Najar was responsive and provided a letter for wound care and answered every question. I plan to go back for my FDL, thigh lift and possible breast lift with implants. Hoping to do a z-plasty for my arm pits bc my contracture scars under my arms. My scars are small and tiny, but bc I’m brown and when I heal there is excess melanin which will take a few years to lighten. I recommend Dr. Najar and Dr. Moncayo with Reborn!

Working with Dra. Najar and her team was a dream, from my first online consultation to my post-op flight home. Dra. Najar was very patient and thorough in my 3 consults before I finally committed to proceed with her. In the months prior to surgery, she and the medical team were available to answer my questions and calm my pre-surgery nerves. They also handled all of the recovery house and cross border transportation details which made traveling to Mexico less stressful. I am absolutely thrilled with my results! Dra. Najar is a true artist. She listened to what I wanted and delivered! At ten weeks, my scars are healing beautifully. My belly button is perfect! More importantly, safety is her top priority and I felt completely safe under her care. I stayed at Penthouse Recovery for almost 2 weeks post surgery and am very thankful I did. The nurses and staff were amazing and I am certain I could’ve never cared for myself like that at home. I really appreciate that Dra. Najar checks on her patients in the recovery house. She continues to be available via WhatsApp for any questions or concerns that arise after returning home. I had a circular tummy tuck, lipo 360 with fat transfer, breast lift & reduction. Around $16k for surgery, 2 weeks in recovery house, all meals, medications, faja, lymphatic massages, and cross border transportation. A million percent worth every penny - only regret not doing it sooner!

I made the right choice choosing Dr. Najar! This decision was one of the scariest things I’ve ever done! But I’m so glad I did it! I’m 50 years of age with one child. I worked out and ate well but just couldn’t get the body that I wanted to feel good about myself! So I started looking into liposuction however I couldn’t receive the results I wanted without a tummy tuck! Dr. Najar knows exactly what you need just by looking at you! She’s an expert in body contouring & I would choose her again! It’s my 3rd day of recovery and I feel great just alittle sore and extremely tight! She literally gave me a strong stomach because she repaired my stomach muscles! I also did my arms & Jplazma! If you’re looking for a great doctor choose Dr. Tania Najar & let her transform your life! Updated on 30 Jun 2024: Still very tight and swollen! Wearing my compression garments 24/7 they actually help not feel the soreness as much! This procedure hasn’t been easy at all but I’m excited for the future! Looking forward to feeling better Updated on 3 Jul 2024: It has been over a week going on two weeks since my surgery & I just would have thought that Dr. Tania Najar would’ve at least called me to see how I’ve been doing. The only thing I’ve received is messages through Instagram answering questions that I constantly have regarding recovery process! Having a big surgery like this …I believe that your surgeon should constantly be checking on you and making sure your doing well.

Just wanted to say- if you're considering Dra.Tania Najar/Cirugía Plástica! Do it! I'm day 4 post op and she's made such a difference in the way I see myself Her entire team was amazing and Dr. Diego Sahagun Toledo who works alongside her of also AMAZING! I use all capital letters because he's so nice and personable and makes you feel good!! He helps to make sure you're pain is monitored correctly, all your transportation is taken care of and all your bookings and background stuff is taken care of!! He honestly deserves his own post! I had another surgery back 2 years ago here in Mexico but the experience was nowhere near this! From Dra. Tania taking her time to actually see my special case and figure out what to go and then to actually take it on! She came to my room the night before and spent a couple hours making sure I understood everything! I ended up being her longest surgery ever at 10.5 hours! I pretty much paid her to do everything I had already* done 2 years ago plus the things I should've been recommended to do! I paid for services I didn't get before and had the worst outcome with my breasts! This Dra Tania GAVE ME AN ACTUAL SHAPE! Fixed a bunch of issues and created a booty that I'm already in love with and I had already* had 2 other BBLs that made me look like a bell pepper! I know I'm happy already! I just came to say she's great!! They're s great team! I pay attention to the details and so does she! She spent the longest time marking my body from standing to laying down and everything in between which I didn't experience last time with just him coming in and throwing a few marks on me standing up! I will say I am 43 and 5'3". I once weighed 323 pounds. Lost 165 pounds! I never expected perfection or for 1 surgery to fix it all. I'm a very reasonable person. My previous surgeon lacked communication and understanding. Dra Tania gave me the feeling inside of understanding and wanting to actually help me achieve what I want which is all I ever wanted! So with her craft being excellent, her caring and listening and understand manner actually superseded everything for ME! Even though I had already had a FDL tummy tuck, and lower body lift that took off 24 pounds of extra off, she got another TEN pounds of skin and almost 5 liters of fat! I know she did what I paid for because she showed me everything when I woke up! On January 16, 2024 I had- •FDL tummy tuck with muscle repair and hernia removal. •Torsoplasty •Breast implant and exchange with lift •Lipo to full back and flanks •Lower body lift •BBL (she uses ultrasound guidance btw which is now required in some US states) I'm just so happy and wanted to give you all my recommendation when selecting a surgeon. I have a feeling she's going to go on to blow up because her work is spectacular! Watch. She's gonna be the hottest in Mexico! That's my thoughts!

Así que usted me avisa el tiempo que tengo que esperar. Dr. Having surgery on me was one of the most pleasant decisions of my life. It was an investment with fabulous results. The second decision was to put me in her hands for my surgery. Thank you Dr. Oh but we are not finished, now we have to touch up our face. So you let me know how long I have to wait.

I am American, Temecula Ca., 53-year-old male with weak chin. Time for a change. Reached out to Doctor Tania based on that she specializes in male procedures. I didn't see many men on her social media, but the full body lifts and intense procedures she was posting were amazing.I got an appointment for a consultation which was $60 in Tijuana just a 1/4 mile from the border. Excellent facility (skyscraper you can see from San Diego). Dr. Tanya looks about 23 years old but after 5 minutes of chatting its clear she is a well-trained experienced professional with youthful energy. She is very articulate and up to speed on the most advance procedures. We agreed on price, and dates. July 12th, I went back for blood work, then August 1 checked into the private hospital at 7:30 am for the procedure. All the staff was nice. They put me to sleep, she did her thing, and I woke up feeling great (high as a kite ha-ha). Was under general. I met the Anesthesiologist beforehand and felt comfortable with him. Everyone talks highly of Dr. Tania. They all said the same thing which is she is really good and knows all the latest things.I stayed 1 night in the hospital; they had a doctor on staff all night for me. The next day went to "Penthouse Recovery". This was a penthouse in private building converted to a recovery home with fulltime nursing staff. I stayed 3 nights there. They fed me, kept everything clean. Such nice staff. A few other patients came and went. Pretty sure most were American.Saturday, they drove me through the medical line, where my wife picked me up near the border. I followed all the meds and procedures. Now I am 2 weeks post op.Dr. Tania has been available to me via text (WhatsApp app) everyday if I need her. I'm trying not to bug her too often. Probably getting stitches out this weekend. I'm only a 2-hour drive and have no issues navigating Tijuana (been going for years).As far as stitches, they are along my hairline and behind my ear. Also, an Incision below my chin. I was super happy that there was no cutting in front of my ears. I had more skin than fat. But she opened the muscle below my chin, removed some fat then closed the muscle tighter than before lifting everything. Then removed the excess skin.I have had several procedures. This has been the best experience by far.
