If you were to look at my breasts, what size do they look like? I'm a 32 around the ribcage but do they look like an A, B, or C cup? I'm confused because I fit into both 32B and 32C. Also, when I lean/bend forward, my breasts get very pointy and tubular like, does that mean I have tubular breasts? My nipples are pretty puffy most of the time as well. Also, are my breasts considered low or saggy? Is the reason my imfammary fold isnt defined because my breasts arent big enough?

Complications such a hematoma can develop. If your breasts are not changing in size or experiencing more pains, it likely that nothing is happening that needs attention. Contractures will not occur this sooner after your procedure. Understand your situation but such activities...
You certainly may have nipple piercing either before or after a breast augmentation. If you choose to pierce before a breast augmentation or tuberous breast correction, allow a good 6 weeks to heal prior to undergoing the surgery.
