Thank you for your question.   You should be able to pierce your nipples independent of having a breast augmentation.  If you do it before surgery, then you will be asked to remove them during the procedure itself and for a few weeks afterwards until all the swelling, bruising is down.

You certainly may have nipple piercing either before or after a breast augmentation. If you choose to pierce before a breast augmentation or tuberous breast correction, allow a good 6 weeks to heal prior to undergoing the surgery.
