I am 20 years old with very small breasts. 5'4 feet. I hear a lot about breast enhancement creams also about fenugreek, fennel, and flaxseeds treatment as with massage and include them to our diet will increase breast size. Do they really work?
Answer: Lotions and pills Creams and herbs will not work, save your money.Not many good choices to have larger implants without surgery. You can research and try "BRAVA" suction device, or gain weight (not advised). Hormone pills such as Birth Control Pills in many cases will result in a modest increase but is not predictable.Surgery is the most dependable and predictable method using implants or your own fat.

Answer: Breast Enhancement Creams In my opinion, these will not provide any long term result of increase breast size to any significant degree. These are poorly regulated by the FDA and might have some negative consequences. Most work by hormonal mechanisms which can be dangerous if used incorrectly.
