Do breast enhancement creams work?

Creams and herbs will not work, save your money.Not many good choices to have larger implants without surgery. You can research and try "BRAVA" suction device, or gain weight (not advised). Hormone pills such as Birth Control Pills in many cases will result in a modest increase but is not predictable.Surgery is the most dependable and predictable method using implants or your own fat.

Hi.. thank you for the question... Sorry, no cream or pills have been medical proven to increase breast size. The best way to do so is with breast augmentation procedures. 

In my opinion, these will not provide any long term result of increase breast size to any significant degree.  These are poorly regulated by the FDA and might have some negative consequences. Most work by hormonal mechanisms which can be dangerous if used incorrectly.

The short answer is No.There are no creams, lotions, or potions which make breasts larger, and even if there were, the reason for breast augmentation is not only to make breasts larger, but to give an attractive, appealing shape to one's breasts.Everyone, myself included, wants a simpler, quick way to get aesthetic improvements for one's body.  Unfortuntely, there are unscrupulous scammers who will take your money and give you nothing more than what, in the Old West, they called snake oil.My recommendation is read all you can about breast enhancement on RealSelf, get consultations with at least three Board Certified plastic surgeons in your area, find out what the cost of a breast augmentation would be, and then save your money, and certainly save the money that you would waste on breast enhancement creams. 

This is a common question among patients. Although appealing, non invasive treatments are most of the times less, or non effective, in the short, nor in the long term. It is very very hard for topical ointment to deliver the right elements to promote the growth of tissue in a very specific way.I know that marketing is very strong, and regulations very weak when it comes to protect consumers.Best luck in your search.Julio Clavijo-Alvarez. 

As has been said there are currently no means to enhance you breasts without surgery of some kind. You breasts will change in response to weight changes, pregnancy, etc. but save your money and avoid the promises made by these companies.i wish you well.Dr. Edwards

Thank you for the question, but I am not aware of any well- studied cream or pill that will safely and/or effectively increase breast size. Be very careful about wasting your time and/or resources on very well marketed products… Best wishes.

Well the important question is - For Whom?They work great for the people SELLING the creams etc..For YOU, the patient, probably not.You should read the book "Charlatan" by Brock, which tells the story of "doctor" Brinkleywho sold goat testicles/extract as a form of Viagra.Anything that causes inflammation, from sunburn to poison ivy, will cause temporary swelling (called edema),hence enlargement. The key word is TEMPORARY. I wouldn't give an ounce of frog spit (which incidentally is also sold as a magical elixir) for a topically applied enhancement cream.I also have heard of doctors/and others injecting breasts with Saline (salt-water) to enhance breast size for social events. Of course when the saline is absorbed into the body - which begins immediately - the effect goes away.
