What can I expect my results to look like after breast implant removal?

Removing your implants following your previous augmentation and revisions, will still give you a very acceptable aesthetic appearance. The breast tissue will shrink and contract, similar to what happens to abdominal skin following childbirth. The breasts will look fairly similar to what they looked like prior to your augmentation.

For an adequate result the capsules removal should be combined with immediate breast enhancement to reposition the mammary tissue and improve projection of the upper pole and medial areas using the BRALAN Technique (Breast Reconstruction Anatomical Lift Augmentation) since the results will be adequate in terms of aesthetics and have a minimal scar in the shape of an L. However, in some cases, this technique alone may not be sufficient to achieve the desired result. There are other options that can provide good results. Breast fat transfer is one such procedure that allows plastic surgeons to transfer fat from other parts of the body and enhance volume. This procedure does not involve any foreign material such as silicone or saline being inserted into your body, producing a very natural look. In your pre-operative photograph, your nipples were widely separated and you had very little breast tissue. At this time, the skin has been stretched and it may contract to some degree since you appear to be young. However, you may benefit from explant with mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, the implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

Your skin has been stretched because of the implants and will shrink to some extent once they are removed over the following at least 6 months. However, because of multiple surgeries and aging , they may not go back to the shape before the implants. Once you let the breasts rest over the following 6 months, then you can go to your surgeon to reassess your options.

it is hard to predict whether will you need a breast lift. You can get implant removal and wait to see how will your breasts look after removal. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Because you have little natural breast tissue you will lose the majority of your volume when the implants are removed. The breast tissues will have stretched over the last 7 years from the implants. They will retract to some degree but you will likely still have loose skin.

Most of your volume is implant. Once removed, you will be much flatter. However, your bases have been stretched with implants so you may not be too tuberous in shape. You will lose all upper breast fullness.

I'm so sorry to hear you have had such trouble with your augmentation journey. It is unlikely that you have developed any additional breast tissue since 2017 so once your implants are removed you will have a similar result to your preop photos if no additional measures are taken. I would recommend fat transfer to the breasts at the same time to give you some additional fullness since you are now used to being a larger cup size. The only caveat is that you will likely need more than one fat grafting session to get you close to your current size with implants. BRAVA is a externally worn pre-expansion device that could help cut the number of fat grafting session you need. It was widely available on the market several years ago but now can be hard to find. A few surgeons are able to get their hands on them. Good luck

The outcome depends a bit on if you have a capsule contraction and if so, if the capsules are removed in conjunction with explantation.
Talk to your plastic surgeon and ask them to show you pictures of previous patients who had implants removed.
You can also look online for other women who have gone through this procedure.
A lot depends on what your breast look like. Your nipple position is good, so that should be helpful.
You will lose volume in the upper part of your breast.
I’m not sure if all your previous procedures have been done by the same provider but maybe having a new perspective more experienced implant surgeon could be helpful.
The failure of each of your previous procedures tells me perhaps provider selection may not have been done adequately.
