I got saline implants 25 years ago. Never had an issue but I'd like to remove them. I don't want a lift because I do t want the scar. 25 years ago I was 98lbs after breastfeeding got implants and went from A to my natural C size at the time. I am now 150lbs and am a size 34G and hey are just too heavy. They are still up and pretty lol. Will I need a lift? And what difference will my size be?

Answer: Implant removal Dear InaNte, it is hard to predict whether will you need a breast lift. You can get implant removal and wait to see how will your breasts look after removal. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Breast Implant Removal In general, if the breasts are not droopy, you will not need a lift. The breasts shrink, like following childbirth, back to their previous size. However, the older we are, the less chance the tissue will be as good. Please talk with your surgeon about this. It's difficult to give a more accurate opinion without photos.
