My implant is leaking now flat it's been awhile now its getting infected and it been 26 years since they where put in. I don't have money to remove them what do i do. I can't get financed . Please help . Thank you

I recommend that you look for a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon that accepts insurance (if you have insurance) and explants only. Please remember, there are many insurance carriers that do not cover breast implant and capsule removal.

I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for guidance.  The infection needs to be treated.  Some policies cover implant removal in the case of rupture.

The leaking will not cause an infection, but an infection will need to be treated. You might contact a plastic surgery training program and see if you can have surgery at a reduced price.  If you have insurance, some many cover removal of leaking gel implants.
