My implant is leaking now flat it's been awhile now its getting infected and it been 26 years since they where put in. I don't have money to remove them what do i do. I can't get financed . Please help . Thank you

Your tissue appears to be very thin in that inferior aspect near your breast bone. If you have any donor fat, a fat transfer could be helpful. You are lacking breast tissue there from having implants stretch and thin your tissue.
Basically without an exam the removal will cause the breast to possibly sag, depending on your physical exam findings. The weight gain does add to the size of the breast and this request is very common to either remove or change implant size.
